He's fabulous and not only fabulous there was something that my brother had him he came back and did a job and then there was something else that didn't work he came back and did it again he got everything up and he came back three times to make sure that everything work because we were getting stuck clog and and he got everything working perfectly did charge him a dime more or anything else he was guaranteed the job and he kept coming back he doesn't live close he lives an hour away.

I got 4 bids on doing this job. Dwayne was $150 higher than the lowest bid, but while the other contractors were 3 weeks to 2 months out on doing the job, Dwayne and his son started 5 days later. They did a lot of work over 7 days. I suspect if they had rushed the job it could have been done in 4 days like the other 3 firms said, but I believe that good quality work takes time. The other thing I like is that Dwayne is a certified plumber/Electrician so if any adjustment needed to be made, he can do them, and not an another person. We all have had situations where in the middle of a job an issue can arise, and your told to call a plumber or electrician due to a arising problem. this is where Dwaynes expertise comes into play. Also like my father and grandfather, he is old school. His word is his bond. Yes, you can get a written guarantee, but in todays world I want someone who does quality work and backs it up should an issue arise post production, cause lets face it , all jobs are different, and circumstances can possibly arise. After the job was done a small adjustment needed to be made. Within a few days , and understandably with Dwayne's busy schedule he was on it like clockwork, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional, and once again did what was necessary, HIS WORD IS HIS BOND.

The job was done very professionally. This was a renovation of a house that had no bathroom except for in the basement, and it was a challenge to extend the plumbing to the second floor of this 120-year-old house in Pittsburgh. The plumber worked with me to explore alternative solutions, and when the venting through the attic room ran into problems we hadn't anticipated, the plumber came back out and redid the work to to make it much more successful. This is the third house I've renovated using this contractor. He does great work.
