+ -1 moreDarwin diagnosed a noise in our washing machine as a failing transmision. He recommended that we not repair it at this time due to high parts cost, for which he provided an estimate, and the likelihood that the washer will continue to function, although noisily, for up to another year. We have dealt with Darwin for more than 15 years and he is both competent and honest. In this case Darwin recommended that we replace the washer when it fails, placing our best interest over his opportunity to earn several hundred dollars.

+ -1 moreJust before Christmas my refridgerator and my washer broke down within a week or two of each other. Mr. Breon was able to fix each of them in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Both appliances are still up and running a year and a half later.
