Got a fast response to the posted job on Angie’s list... Was given an immediate estimate at time of call... Scheduled appointment with ease... Prompt arrival for appointment... Very professional.... Discussed any additional work that needed done over and beyond estimate prior to completing work... Would definitely hire them again!!!

The experience from the time I booked the estimate through the completion of the job was great. Good, clear communication, and fair and competitive estimate. I wanted to run a new 240V line to my detached garage--I dug the trench myself, and the Huffnagel team gave me clear instructions on what they needed me to do, and the whole job went really smoothly. I also had a new plug and ceiling fan installed, and they both got placed right where I needed them. They estimated exactly the services I needed--nothing more, nothing less. And I feel I got exactly what I wanted, and in a timely and professional manner. The guys are nice and personable, too--certainly not a requirement, but it helps when you're having people over for half a day. I'd hire them again in a second.

Hufnagel Electric is a high quality family business. They had demonstrated experience in installing heat cable in gutters/downspouts. On their website. Dave responded with an estimate within 24 hours of contact. Final price was within original estimate. Jason and crew showed up early on the scheduled date and finished on time. Cable and separate electrical supply installed in Leaf Guard gutters due to ice build up and hanging cicles. Just went thru major below zero cold snap and the system is working perfectly with no ice build up. I highly recommend Hufnagel.

Anytime you invite someone into your home to do work, there is a sense of tension. Does this person really know what to do? Will they recommend work that I don't need? Is the bill suddenly going to be higher that you expected? All my fears were swept away within minutes of Jason coming into my home. The work was prompt, professional, and done within the agreed upon prices. I will b e scheduling them for other work shortly now that I trust them. You should too!

Start to finish, Dave was wonderful to work with. On his initial visit, he was very helpful using his knowledge to help me select the correct lighting for each area. On the day of installation, Jason discovered a faulty switch and promptly replaced it. They kept me informed the entire day as to what they were doing. Nick was a great worker too.

Our power had gone out in our kitchen right before we left for vacation. Hufnagel was the first electrician co that I called upon coming back home. They were prompt, worked quickly and kept us informed of the issues that were repaired. They worked very professionally, answered my questions promptly and fully. Dave, Jason and Nick showed up promptly within the nicely short 2 hr arrival window. Their vehicles were tidy and in great condition. Each crew member shook hands and came prepared with the agreed upon proposal list ready to begin. The team was super friendly and courteous and well-organized as to which team member would do which type of work. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the work (4 hrs) considering there were about 8 outlets to fix or install including an exterior outlet. They installed exterior light fixtures as well and corrected a number of not to code wiring issues in the panel box. They were very clear up front about potential drywall repairs I would need to make but this was to a minimum. The team cleaned up after themselves and neatly arranged the old fixtures for me to dispose of later. I am very happy with the work and the whole crew was top notch. Highly recommend and would use again.

Hufnagel first came and did a safety report for a reasonable cost. We reviewed safety report and then obtained an estimate. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done, so we hired them. Everything went very well. They were a pleasure to deal with. They were thorough, informative, and professional (as well as friendly). They did excellent work and we would use them again if needed. We highly recommend Hufnagel Electric.
