It's a family affair with father, sons, and grandson arriving on time, neatly attired in their company logo shirts. They explained everything they were going to do and took the time to explain in layman terms. After the work was done, they showed my wife and I what they had done and answered our questiones. I cannot tell you how happy we were with their service, being new to the city, and will use them in the future and heartily recommend them to our friends.

Coordinated by phone with Dave Hufnagel before visit and sent photos of current transformer that went out after a severe thunderstorm. He gave me a very reasonable ball-park price for work to be performed, and he stuck to it. The electrician who came to our house, Jason, was fantastic. Very professional, punctual, and thorough. He installed the new transformer and programmed the timer to best accommodate my needs. The next day, he called to see if everything worked and if I was happy. I was ..... and still am. I highly recommend this company, and will certainly use them again when I need outstanding work and service.

The technicians troubleshot the problem and resolved it by replacing a circuit breaker. $265 seemed a little high, but I have never had a breaker replaced and maybe that is the industry standard, although I don't think the breaker part itself is very expensive. As I understand, the troubleshooting portion was $140, and the actual repair labor + part was $125, although the entire job was one hour.

The work went well. They were able to successfully complete the project in the allotted time. The day started out a bit late due to the heavy rains, but they were able to work around it.

I needed a ceiling fan installed before my guests came and only had a few days to get it in. I contacted Jason through the messages and he repsonded very quickly with message and calls to set up the installation. Very professional and fast service with quick answers to my questions.

Very professional and showed up on time. They did what had to be completed and now I am enjoying my new air conditioner. They also gave me an estimate on replacing two ceiling light fixtures.

We have been very impressed with their work and the ability to do so many different tasks. They are excellent with turn-of-the-century wiring and electric and helping us upgrade and make a lot of safety changes. They work hard and make thinks look very clean and straight. We have changed things in the middle of a project and they are always willing to make the changes for us. Even another trade (HVAC) was really impressed with them. We have more projects that we are already scheduling with them because we trust them and are very impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and ability/skill.

There was a slight issue with the planned change on the 16-18ft ceilings, however Hufnagel corrected and made adjustments to ensure all the work was completed as soon as possible. The whole crew was great and really did a great job on a lot of things.
