They are supposed to come on June 1. I have had them before and am completely happy with their work. The work date had to be changed due to other problems in the household.

The team at Hufnagel Electric is absolutely excellent. From scheduling with Joyce to the services performed, everything was timely and very professional. Dave troubleshot our basement lights, which were flickering. He replaced the outlet and wiring to the lights which had gone bad. Additionally, I thought a GFI plug had gone dead, but in fact, they figured out that the wiring on the timer had also gone bad. They replaced the timer in an extremely timely manner. They also installed a very large light in our foyer. Based on the level of professionalism and my prior experience, I would not hesitate to hire them again. High recommend!

Repair prompt timely and accurately

The individuals in the crew addressing my issue were competent, personable and efficient. They did the trouble-shooting, identified the problems, explained them to me, and quickly addressed the issues for a very reasonable price.

Hufnagel Electric were responsive, prompt, and professional. There was a minor error that the inspector caught and corrected. I am satisfied with the work. I would hire again. I cannot speak to the value proposition on the pricing.

The guys from Hufnagel electric were great - punctual and professional and very easy to get in contact with (which is becoming more and more rare these days). They were in and out in one day.

Excellent as usual. Hufnagel Electric are our go to electricians. They have done everything from replacing our main breaker panel, adding new outdoor circuits, adding outdoor lights, adding a fan etc. They have also helped with updating our electrical needs for our new oven and even provided some advice on an outdoor water heater for our chicken coop. We have had both Jason (Hufnagel Jr.) and Dave (Hufnagel Sr.) work on our house either together or separately. Both do an excellent job explaining things and describing what needs to be done or the problem. Dave in particular has given very helpful suggestions on the more complex jobs that have saved us both time and money. In particular, Dave came up with a solution that helped them avoid going through our new drywall ceiling in the basement. All workers have been professional and polite. The job is always completed in a timely manner.

It went very well. The work was completed on time as planned. Personable, knowledgeable and skilled work. Not inexpensive, but worth the money.

During estimate, asked Hufnagel Sr whether it mattered if we had electrical work before hot tub installation or after. He said "it did not matter". So, we had them come to do installation prior to hot tub delivery and from then on, they were very unprofessional regarding the fact that they should have come after hot tub installation. My husband thought Hufnagel Sr was in fact very condescending, when it should have been them who apologized to us for providing misinformation. For example, he made a sarcastic comment "Oh, you decided to plan ahead this time?" Also Hufnagel Sr's knowledge seemed out of date -- he did not know there was such a thing as a 120 volt hot tub. Actual workmanship appears to be fine, price is mid-range. But for the rudeness shown us, would never recommend anyone hire them, and would not hire ourselves again. Really, we were shocked at all the A reviews after our experience. Hufnagel Jr himself was OK, maybe when Sr retires, company will improve.

The team did a brilliant job! They were very professional, organized, and worked quickly. The price was what we agreed on, albeit it seemed on the higher end of competitive price ranges I could gather. I use to be a network engineer in another life, and I can tell you their cat-5 cabling work is A++. I'd use them again for future work.

Everything during the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend Hufnagel for any electrical work. They were responsive to our questions/concerns, efficient, and professional. We are satisfied customers.

Friendly, professional, worked quickly, but relatively expensive, and there were a few issues: 1) in replacing a ceiling fan (w/ pull chain start/stop), with a new ceiling light, they forgot to check if there was an existing wall switch for the light---there wasn't... 2) I didn't appreciate the markup on the fluorescent light ballasts. They charged $80/ap for replacements that likely cost them less than $20/ap, perhaps less than $10/ap.

Very well, from the estimate appointment to completion. They called after the estimate to follow up on questions and scheduling. The actual work day a small crew came and had it done it a timely manner. They were professional and friendly too.

The price may be slightly above average, but you get what you pay for.

It went very well. There was good clear timely communication all the time and the two men who came to do the job did it well. I am always surprised that a conceptually simple task cost so much but then there were competitors who were ready to charge far more.

It went well. Jason and Nick showed up, went through the process, explained the potential issues and had Joyce e-mail me the panel label within a week. Everything went well and I would recommend this special if you are in need of it.
