Called for estimate, left message - never received a call back.

We asked him to do the work every other month. He has to plan the dates since weather affects his ability to work. He gets here, though.

We called and it took him awhile to call us back. He then said he would stop by to give us an estimate and that took a few weeks (we didn't care because we hadn't had the windows done in years). He gave us a great estimate, much better than our other quote. We called and asked him to schedule us in around Nov 15th. He said that he had a number of people before us, but would get to us by the end of the month. He didn't, but the weather was very bad. He came on Dec. 3rd, and left a bill. The windows and gutters look perfect. I had no idea clean windows could make such a difference.

They sent out a great worker and they were up to the job at hand. When the work was done everything was cleaned up and I say it is an A1 job. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I called inquiring about hiring them to clean my father's windows on a regular basis. The company never returned my call. Even if the company is too busy to accept new customers at this time I believe I deserve the courtesy of a return call. Where is customer service today? Very frustrating!

I CONTACTED OTHER WINDOW WASHING COMPANIES FROM ANGIE'S LIST. WHILE I'M SURE THEY WERE GOOD, THEY WERE TWO PROFESSIONAL FOR MY NEEDS. THEY WANTED TO PRESSURE WASH THE WINDOWS AND CHARGE $40. WE HAVE A SIMPLE HOUSE STYLE AND I DO NOT HAVE LARGE WINDOWS THAT NEED THAT TREATMENT.

THE GENTLEMAN IS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND AS UNOBTRUSIVE AS POSSIBLE. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR. THEY COME EVERY FEW MONTHS IN THE WINTER AND EVERY MONTH IN THE SUMMER. I'VE ONLY CALLED ONCE TO REQUEST SPECIAL SCHEDULING AND THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY.
