Description of Work: My wife and i purchased a GE washer/dryer that leaked. As if that wasn't bad enough, the replacement failed to advance through the full wash cycle and kept filling--while we slept!! We filed a claim with our Home Owners Insurance and the adjuster recommended this company, out of the list I had.......he said they were the best he had dealt with in all his years as an adjuster. Wow, was he right! this company showed-up on time, gave me an estimate, signed a contract with me and had their restoration crew here within an hour. Pulled-up the carpet, chiseled the old tile from beneath the carpet, sprayed an all natural (non-chemical) mold/micro inhibitor and left their drying machines overnight. The next morning, they arrived promptly to meet with the insurance adjuster and retrieve their equipment. We received a check for damages and the restoration services were billed directly by Duckstein Restoration Services........fast and easy.
