 + -1 moreScheduled an appointment for someone to provide an estimate. When the time came and left, I called to find out if someone was on their way. I was told that my contact information had been misplaced but someone could come out right now. He came and gave us an estimate. When we tried to lock in a date to have the work on our deck done, he couldn't give us a date. So, I told him as long as he had the work done before the end of July that would be fine. After a week and a half with no contact, I called him and got no answer. Called him again a couple days later and he told me he promised he would get the work done before the 13th. It is now the 23rd and haven't seen him or heard from him at all. Very disappointed.
