Mr. Atherton, Was very quick to respond about setting up an appointment to come and give an estimate. He even showed up in the rain. The response time for the 2 different estimates was reasonable. I was very sorry we didn't go with Mr. Atherton but would be willing to use him on all future projects.

Corey gave me the best bid on the roof replacement, and was the most local of the companies. The property is a cabin in the woods, and accessability is an issue.The work was done exceptionally well. When the roof was done, I asked him to give me a quote on repolacing gutters. That quote was also very good, and he performed that work very well also. Finally, I asked him to replace a broken sliding door to the patio/porch. Again, he gave a reasonable quote and did the work very nicely. Overall, it took over 6 months to get all the work done, but that was not a major problem. Most of the time was spent waiting to fit these jobs into his schedule, and to get the door delivered. He did keep me informed of the various timeframes, All in all, Corey and his crew were easy to work with, and very professional.

At the start of the project tried contacting several contracters closer to home but no one was returning my calls. Found Corey here and contacted him. He called back and setup a meeting within a couple days. Looked over what we wanted done and provided an estimate. Getting the estimate took a couple days longer than expected but the price was good. Agreed to start the project, Upon receipt of the building permits the design of the deck changed due to requirements of the permit and it increased the price by about $1,000 - but still within budget. Corey and his crew came on the day agreed to and started their work and within 2 1/2 days had dismantled and built the new deck. The qualtity is excellent and very sturdy. We are very happy with what was built and how it looks.

Once we had the insurance paperwork finished, the job went well. The workers arrived on time and did the job in the amount of time I thought it would take. They did good work, cleaned up and were professional. There were no problems with the workers or the job.
