Made my dingy floors look brand new. I can’t believe how good it turned out!

Buying an older home and giving it some long-overdue care is both quite expensive and extremely stressful. A work colleague recommended Redemption Hardwood to finish the hardwood flooring, and we found them to be an absolute blessing to us. First of all, they provided a quick estimate over the phone. Then, after visiting the site, confirmed that the estimate was accurate. I will admit we were a bit guarded because their quote was substantially lower than the other quotes we received. But learning that they recently refinished flooring of the governor’s mansion sealed the deal for us, and we got on their schedule. Lawrence and his team made the rest of the process absolutely stress-free. They walked us through the various decisions we needed to make. They were easy to work with, very responsive to all of our questions, and went beyond our expectations by providing advice and guidance throughout the process. Lawrence even came to our rescue by fixing some problems areas. Seeing the finished product, you would never know the flooring had been not cared for nearly 80 years. I decided to have the original hardwood floors refinished in my row house in the historic district and I cannot express enough how amazing the results were. The floors were brought back to life and the historic charm of the house was restored. To take things a bit further to add to the amazing results, the service was top notch. Lawrence took his time and checked in with me several times during the project to ensure that things were to my liking. Lawrence was even able to match up the new refinished floor color with existing color on the staircase. My only regret is that I didn’t meet him sooner. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. We bought a house that needed significant work. I had several contractors in the house at the same time and they all worked well around each other. Redemption flooring owner is an honest and amazing human being. We got to know each other a bit over the course of the time it took to put hardwood floors down and later tile floors. Great personality, and just an all around great human being. Prices were reasonable and the work was emasculate !! Our floors loook fantastic!

Lawrence did an outstanding job instslling hardwood floor in our bedroom and sanding/restaining some other f floors to match. We were super pleased with the finished look and would strongly recommend them
