I recently had the pleasure of using Ten Point Custom Renovations. And I am satisfied with the experience. Chad worked within my budget to install flooring in several rooms of my home. I am very happy with the result. He kept my home neat while working as well. I will be using his services for other home projects in the near future.

My wife and I are in the process of remodeling our basement. Chad was recommended to us by friends who he had done work for. We wanted to start by tearing out the old ceiling and putting a drop ceiling in. He gave us a quote, which was below 2 other quotes we had. Gave him the job for the ceiling - hoping it would go well, so we could give him more work-walls, flooring, etc…. We couldn’t be happier-work was immaculate, did what he said he would do, and the communication we had was the best, and his professionalism was paramount - he earned more work from us.
