While the work is not yet completed, the work to date appears to have been done efficiently and appears to have been done well.

All the work was done according to our contract and crew of four men stayed until everything was completed, about 6:30 pm. Installed interior French drains and sump pump. They worked together well and quietly, leaving work areas free of debris and dirt/dust at end of project.

The crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently and kept me involved in the process.

Dave with 2 other workers were prompt and efficient. They came when they said they would and finished everything in 2 days. Everything looks fantastic because they protected my personal space with a plastic shield and cleaned everything up. Dirt and rubble was hauled away and they even sprayed my walkways outside. They installed the basement system and connected all my outside downspouts. I would highly recommend Highlander to anyone who needs waterproofing because they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Highlander Waterproofing exceeded expectations. Sinkholes - from years of improperly draining downspouts - were found by another contractor while the latter was replacing our sewer lines. The biggest hole was under our furnace. And this happened during the 2019 February cold snap. From the first inspection to job completion, Highlander provided knowledgeable professionals who are detail-oriented with good communication skills and a great work ethic. They answered our questions, completed the work on time, did a very thorough job, and were very neat. They also were able to save us thousands of dollars by remediating without us having to have our furnace moved temporarily, and finished some concrete work so we did not have to call back our other contractor. Overall a great experience and a great company to work with.

Work was done in one day. Personell knew there business and work went smoothly. Very professional in their demeanor. They cleaned up everything prior to leaving and explained all procedures to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend this company! Replaced a bulging wall in my basement. Professional from beginning to end. Thank you Highlander.

They did come out to fix the issue. They do good work, but customer service could need help.

They set incorrect expectations and did not deliver product as agreed. Very poor customer service to rectify the issue. Long story short we never received the product we were sold.

I would strongly recommend this company for concrete repair, concrete build, and complete waterproofing. They performed all three for us in a timely manner, communicating at all times, and did a fantastic job at an excellent price. I would hire them again if needed.

This company overcharged, work not completed, work was very poor, and caused me to have to get someone else to fix problems created. Holes to be filled and damage to gate when they sawed thru concrete wall to put drain in. Damage to wiring when they did this. Did not cover things moved with plastic across that area. Plus more. The total of work I should be reimbursed is $2,636.77.

Bill,Scott, Nicole and Reuben were very respectful and did a great job. Even with the dirt falling in on us after the removal of the old wall, they kept calm and reassured us that everything would be ok. Bill is very knowledgeable and a good contractor. We are pleased with the work and would recommend them for any job.

Crew of Jay, Gary and David worked well together and obviously are experienced. Basement project completed in one day as projected. Good clean up and explanation of work.

John, Clint and the whole team who came to do the work were very thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. Giulio and Jeremiah were very easy to talk to and understanding. Jennifer in the office was very friendly. The customer service with this company is beyond excellent!

I was very pleased with the work Highlander did. They were prompt, cheerful, finished in good time, and the basement was very clean when they were finished - no cement dust!

The workmen were very polite, did the job well, and kept me informed through the process. I would hire them again for any future project.

Overall, I think they did a great job. I honestly don't know how much something like I had done should cost, and I didn't get multiple quotes, but it was pretty expensive. But then again, they did do a good amount of work!
