Notorious for over charging people on labor and parts. My girlfriends car was taken there last week for a squealing/grinding noise on the back end. I was thinking the brake was seized. It was, due to the piston sleeve being ripped. they "replaced" it and installed new brake pads. charged around $200 for the job. The noise was still there, so the car went to mazda under warranty. The piston sleeve was never replaced and get this...never put new retaining clips in for the brake pads. That is such a novice and beginner thing, that any tech should know. Putting brake pads in with no retaining clips? So for the $200, they didn't replace the sleeve, didnt put retaining clips in, and told my gf everything was fixed. Please avoid going here, they seem to play off of the customer's ignorance and rush jobs out the door to collect the payment. UPDATE: mazda suggested taking it back to Flemming and getting them to do the work properly at no extra charge. The owner Mike Flemming is refusing to answer calls, rather his secretary just keeps saying he is busy or does not take customer calls. Secretary, his wife, refused to give a number to contact the owner directly. After mazda contacted Flemming, Flemming stated mazda must be lying, "they do that". He didnt believe the clips weren't there and wanted to see the car in person to believe it, even though he got a direct call from a certified mazda dealership. Now in a nonstop battle just with making an appointment to get it back down there. No call backs. By this point their service is utterly disgusting. Mazda has claimed they have had numerous problems with this shop before.

Initial service went well, but when I had a problem it went straight downhill. We purchased four new tires from Fleming in Sept 2013, these new tires only had 25K miles on them (and were rotated every 3K-5K) when we started noticing issues. Took the vehicle to Costco as the two rear tires were continually losing air for the past couple of months. Upon careful examination Costco determined that both of the tires had ripped beads. Costco noted that this was most likely due to an install issue. Contacted Fleming Tire and Auto and provided them with pictures and written documentation from Costco on the issue. Jen noted that this happens all the time, that it's normal. In all the years my wife and I have owned a car this has never happened. Speaking with friends and colleagues, this hasn't happened to them either. According to the two managers at Costco this sort of thing can happen but it's rare and especially should NOT happen on 3 year old tires with 25K on them. Jen couldn't even entertain the idea that this was on them and actually noted that it was Costo who caused the damage. Every excuse Jen could possibly think of she used, all to deflect responsibility away from themselves. We brought the tires into Costco because of this problem, the sides on both tires had the rubber worn down and you could see the metal bead - there is no way Costco caused this issue! I would honestly never use Fleming Tire for anything ever again and strongly recommend you don't use them either. If either one or both of these tires popped while we were driving we could have all been killed.

It was very good. I don't remember waiting longer than 10 or 15 minutes. They were friendly, honest and helpful.

Perfect. I called for an appointment and received one at a convenient time. I arrived, work commenced immediately and was done promptly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, supplied with plenty of reading material, free coffee and vending snacks were offered.

I have been with Fleming for approx 1 year now since finding them on Angie's List, and can't say enough about them. I have gotten to know the owner Mike, and find him honest and personable. His staff is always courteous and friendly. I have him service my company car, my wife's company car, and our personal vehicle. It is such a relief to have a mechanic you can trust, with the added bonus of quality service. Fleming auto is a stand-up company that I would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends!

They were fantastic. :) I've used them a couple of times and can't say enough good things about them. They do a great job, at a great price, and are so friendly and professional. Waiting room is very comfortable too, which is always a bonus!

i've used Fleming for work before. They always do great work and their prices are very competitive. Dropped the tires off on Saturday and they did all the work on Tuesday as scheduled.

They replaced the engine last fall and the thermostat went out. Covered under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They have done many repairs for me for three different vehicles. Very straight forward and great customer service. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

The service of both the brake fluid and tire repair were done well and at a much lower cost than quoted by the Acura dealership. The staff at Fleming Tire and Auto Service was friendly and professional. The questions I asked upon picking up my car were answered quickly and clearly. I will not hesitiate to use Fleming Tire and Auto Service for future auto servicing.

First, I like to say that the people were very friendly and helpful. The issue that I have is in regards to the service I received. After the repairs were completed, my car did ride properly with regard to control. I realized that a lot of steering parts were replaced in the repairs, but I was unable to control my steering on the road. When a car is aligned correctly, the steering wheel itself should be straight especially if the wheels are straight. The steering wheel was turned to the left, and the wheels were straight. Within two days of the repair, I immediately called the shop and informed them of my concern. One of the managers politely requested for me to bring it in (as all repairs are guaranteed for a year). They looked at it, took it for a test drive, and told me that new parts gave the steering a different feeling. Then he proceeded to inform me that nothing was wrong. I wasn't convinced, so I took it to Goodyear (due to the fact that they conduct wheel alignment inspections for free). Goodyear gave me the entire alignment reading that not only showed that the wheel alignment was bad, but the chambort (please excuse the spelling) bolts were missing. I took Goodyear's finding back to Fleming and they made an appointment (free of charge) to conduct another wheel alignment and replace the missing parts. Within two weeks, I started having the issue again. I am forced to just let another repair shop complete the service. I would let them do OTHER maintenance repairs, but I won't go to them for wheel alignments again.

They did what they said they would and didn't try to sell us on any suspicious extra work the way other mechanics have. My truck is running better than it has in a long while. Service took a smidgen longer than expected, but nothing unreasonable.

Fleeming Tires so far has been a great experience. I to had a constant vibration in my F250. I went to many tire shops and dealerships but the problem never went away until I went to Fleeming. My truck has never road so smooth. They are knowledgeable and will give great references if the job is out of their specialties. They guys there really take pride in their knowledge and their work. Plus they sell and deliver firewood as well.

I purchased four new performance tires from Tire Rack online. My auto dealer installed them, and I had a vibration. Went into Fleming before I was able to go back to the dealer, because Tire Rack listed them as one of their top installers in the area, and they had a road force balancing machine. They did a great job, cleaning the hubs/rims (which the dealer didn't do) and rebalanced them correctly. All four wheels were not balanced correctly by the dealer, and one was really off, apparently done only via static balancing. The price was half what the dealer wanted, and they did it correctly. Clean shop, friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable.
