Paint Werks

Description of Work: Michael Kearney painted kitchen, powder room, bedroom w/closets, basement walls and Gianni counter top process. This was no ordinary paint job. Most of it was specialty work. The kitchen involved special painting over ceramic tile and painting over formica wall panels. This was an amazing transformation from outdated walls to an up-to-date look. We did not want to go through the cost and expense of replacing the wall coverings and Michael did a great job at a reasonable price. In addition, Michael is experienced in the process of Gianni countertops where he actually paints over old countertops to make them look exactly like granite with a most durable finish. He also painted all the woodwork in the kitchen power room areas, preparing all the areas appropriately. He painted a bedroom with two large closets and painted some basement walls with Dry-Loc. He was prompt, clean, most friendly, professional and did not work with radios blasting--no radio at all. There was a slight issue initially: after he came promptly about six weeks prior to issue his estimate, we had a little difficulty contacting him to follow-up and consumate the deal. It seems that there was a problem with his phone. Nevertheless, he then came exactly as promised and worked every day to see that the job was completed. We feel that his prices were most reasonable and he accomplished exactly what we had in mind.
