Owner Mark came and gave quote. He had used him before without incident so gave 50% deposit to get started. Came next day or so and removed all existing wiring. Installed fan/vent/heater combo on 3rd floor along with new GFI. Did not install using required 12awg wiring. This was something that was verbally agreed to along with 12awg for the entire job. Mark called that evening and stated "Well the 3rd floor is done". When the heater does not turn on and the vent is not vented to the outside, and there is not a cover plate on the outlet, I would not consider this a job done. They also installed the outlet about 8 inches off center of the sink so that we would never be able to install a larger mirror than the cheap little Walmart mirror we already had there. The wall was accessable from the back through a crawl space, but 'they forgot". I did make them move this the last day of install. Job was held up by other contractor and permits. Township informed me that they were waiting for electrical drawings. Left message for Mark, call was not returned. Finally, permit was issued. Logues' only submitted drawing of rec room and one bathroom to township. That is all he had inspector look at. When I called inspector at end of job to look at 3rd floor, did not pass inspection. Very sneaky that he never put this on permit to begin with. Received multiple phone calls at work from Mark and he was accusing my husband of interferring with the job and yelling at me. I ran home only to find my husband outside, no problems between workers and Jon. I have never been so disrespected or yelled at by a contractor. He did this more than once. Vent for upstairs bathroom was vented into the attic, and not out of the house. Duct was left hanging over an electrical wire. Some jobs were too hard for Mark to do and my husband had to finish them. After cutting wire to a light switch, then realizing they could not access the wire through the block, they wanted to run the wire through conduit down the outside of the wall. My husband spent a day busting a trough through the cinder block so that the electrical could go behind the wall. They spackled holes around lighting with ceramic tile cement because that is what was sitting in the bathroom. All this had to be removed and sanded out and respackled by us. Poor, poor job. Stay as far away as you can. The nightmare was worse than I can describe on this review. Last words out of Marks mouth was an insult to my husband as he walked out the door. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: New wiring in 3 bathrooms and a game room. Install vents in each bathroom, GFI's and new lighting. The 3 bathrooms are stacked on top of each other, one on each floor. Bottom 2 bathrooms gutted with full access to new wiring, 3rd floor easily accessible to run all new wiring.

The lighting installed my Logue never worked correctly after installation. When we requested they return to correct their work, they reacted very unprofessionally on the phone. A new electrician was retained to finish the work provided by Logue. That electrician found that much of the work performed by Logue did not meet the local code requirements, was faulty and dangerous. In one instance, an underground splice was simply wrapped in electrical tape, which subsequent caused a small fire.Stay away. There are better options available.
Description of Work: We retained Logue's electric to install outside lighting for our home and to repair an outside light.
