I used ACI-Tech for attic vermiculite removal. Steve and his crew were incredibly easy to work with. Steve explained the whole process, made very reasonable recommendations, and provided required documentation for our peace of mind. Price was comparable with other companies, but based on our interactions I felt that Steve and his crew were the most prepared and qualified for the job. I'd definitely recommend ACI-Tech to others.

Accurate friendly service

Jack was awesome from the consult to the actual day of work. We selected ACI-TECH to remove the asbestos tiles that we discovered beneath carpet in our family room. Jack was honest about the process and made sure all of our questions were answered. One thing I really appreciated was his constant communication leading up to the job and the day of the job. On the day of the job, he showed up with his team so we could all meet and go over the project one last time. The guys assigned to our job were great. They were kind, professional, efficient and really made sure everything was done properly. Safety was #1 with them. I just can't say enough good things about ACI-Tech. I'm glad we chose them to work with on this project.

Expert in every way

ACI Tech removed all the asbestos pipe wrapping in our basement. It was a fairly large residential job. Jack and his firm were very professional, thorough and the results were excellent. The project was completely timely with no issues. Highly recommended.

great job, quick response

I needed removal from some basement pipes to make a refi happen and Jack scheduled the removal right away to help with that. The process went smoothly. The price was reasonable.

Needed asbestos removal from duct work in my basement in my home (an older row home in the city). Contacted the company and spoke with Steve who was able to come and scope the job out the same day of contact. Gave his opinion on what was best for the situation. Didnâ t try to push me into anything that was unnecessary, which I appreciated. Said heâ s email me the quote and did. A few days later the job was lined up and completed within 1/2 a work day with the testing completed as well. From start to finish everything took 6 total days. Much quicker and cleaner process than expected. I recommend their services.

You will love Jack... he's our remediation guru. We had our "Libby Montana" vermiculite abated back in the spring from the attic (what a stressful thing to have hanging out in your home!) Super knowledgable, guides you through the entire process without being alarmist. His team was thorough, detailed and even recently, when I needed the before and after pictures sent to me, everything was readily available. Definitely hire Jack - you won't regret it!
