Everything about this experience was great. From calling, to scheduling to arrival time to the work done and the customer service including asking all my questions and some were probably redundant. Jack went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understand what needed to be done. The men who did the work and testing were great.

ACI Tech was GREAT from the first phone call. Having asbestos insulation in your basement could be a nightmare when you are trying to buy that home. Our bank required that it be removed before closing and my previous negotiations with the sellers obligated me to take care of the removal if it was needed. Steve at ACI Tech totally understood my predicament and provided me with a completely hassle free experience. No scare tactics, no price gouging, no delays. Price was fair, work was complete in one day. ACI staff that performed the work were professional, polite and left my 91 year old basement spotless. By the way... I did call another company, met onsite, received quote and all I got was a lecture on how much I don't understand about how difficult it is to do this guys' job. And that there was a 2-3 week waiting period. That guys' price was in line... but wouldn't trust it at all. ACI was the easy choice. I also called a 3rd guy... started in with the scare tactics within the first 2 min. Just go with ACI Tech...ask for Steve Helms.

Jack is very professional on time and he knows exactly what is he talking about he told me to relax he didn't think there is any Asbestos on my ceiling and calm me down and put my at ease. I strongly recommend Jack for other people who need the job done.
