Jack is fantastic to work with. Punctual (which is very important to me) and answered all my questions, including extra questions over email later on. My 1960's home had asbestos floor tiles in the basement covering close to 1000 sq ft. Jack took the time to explain the entire process to me. I received a scope of work document later the same day. Now my basement is asbestos-free and is probably cleaner now than it was before! Additionally, I expected the work to be much more expensive than it ended up being. My husband and I just purchased the home two months ago and we had not moved in yet. I wanted this work done before move-in and this goal was met. From signing the agreement to asbestos removal was one week. I was expecting a long wait to schedule removal. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out! I highly recommend ACI Tech.

I worked with Stephen. We had purchased an older home (100 years?) in West Philly, 52nd and Pine area. We were a few weeks into the rehab, with only a few more left before move-in had to happen, when we discovered the asbestos on the duct work in the walls, and possibly in the attic crawlspace insulation. We needed testing and removal/abatement done thoroughly and quickly. They helped arrange rapid analysis of the attic insulation (came back negative!!!). The abatement was completed in the narrow and specific window of time we needed. The clean-up was thorough. Given the nature of the work, and the importance of doing it right, asbestos abatement isn't inexpensive. We found the price to be fair. Overall, they exceeded expectations.

He made my wife and I feel at ease as he took on a job in very short notice for us just one day before going to settlement with buyers. I would definitely recommend ACI to anyone in need of service. Jack and his crew were great throughout the whole process. Jack was very honest and straight forward from the moment he stepped foot in my house. Explained how the whole process of removing asbestos tiles works. Didn t try to sell me and feed me a bunch of BS, like other companies. Told me this is the job, this is the price, I was worried about mold on the ceiling, he had his men take care of it for no extra charge. His crew on the day of the job were very professional and polite, also very knowledgeable with both men having over 15 years in the business. Their work looked amazing and they left the job site clean, even cleaned the floors on the way out. It was definitely a lot smoother of a job then I thought it would be. Great company with very fair, honest pricing. More importantly, friendly and professional employees. I definitely would hire them again and recommend them.

ACI Tech and Jack were absolutely incredible. Not only were they professional, but they were clean, neat and quick. They even helped with the paperwork afterwords. Definitely a great hire.

Called ACI-TECH,Inc and Stepen came right out for an estimate. The work was scheduled and the workers performed the job as per scheduled. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and left everything clean and spotless!! I was very pleased with the work performed and Stephen was very nice and submitted documents within the same day of work performed..Price was very reasonable also!!

Jack Helms and his crew were hired to remove asbestos pipe wrap and ceiling tiles in our basement. I was kept informed about the progress of the remediation and the work crew left the basement cleaner than it was. I highly recommend ACI-TECH, Inc. for asbestos remediation.

Jack and his team provided asbestos removal services for me after the asbestos tile was found in my laundry room and kitchen. They were wonderful from the first call to final service. I was very anxious when I learned that this tile contained asbestos. The ACI team educated me and greatly eased my mind. ACI was knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and a pleasure to work with in every aspect! I give my highest recommendation to them!

When we purchased our home it was discovered that some asbestos had been laid in the attic at some point in time. We hired ACI and they did a wonderful job at walking us through the process and educating us on asbestos. Their team was extremely professional and very mindful of the fact we had a 1 year old son. They took great care to keep everything contained and cleaned everything when they were done. Highly recommend them if you have asbestos to be removed. We were really concerned at the beginning and they helped make us feel comfortable once again in our home.

They came andestimated the job very promptly. They sent a very professional proposal explaining what they would do. That was important to me since it was asbestos removal, a very technical process. I was confident they can do what they said.

My wife was 8.75 months pregnant at the time that we discovered the we needed abatement of asbestos tiles. ACI-Tech, Inc. were great! Their customer service was terrific and their technicians, Jack, was friendly and extremely helpful. ACI really went out of their way to get in, get the job done quickly and correctly and get out; all in less than a day! This enabled us to move along with our timeline of the remaining repairs needed to our home after the asbestos tiles were removed, and before our son was born, which was a timeline that we really needed to stick to!

Representative revisited the asbestos removal job in a timely fashion to have details refined and more finishing touches applied.

All I can say is that Jack really knows what he's doing. He knows the ZAI (Zonolite Attic Insulation) fund forward and backward, and did all of the paperwork and sampling to get us the fund rebate - and the work went off without a hitch. When we came back, the Zonolite was gone, our air was clean and we couldn't tell that anyone had been in the house. Five stars all around.
