I received a quote for the work before they saw the house. Other contractors had to see the property and charge to get a quote, which saves me money. A Sharp Contracting was thousands of dollars less then the nearest competitor. Although the work was delayed due to an injury, the work was completed for the price quoted, the area was cleaned, old tank removed and the new tankless system works great. You don't need the most expensive system or coper pipes or new electrical outlets. A good contractor knows how to save you money. It just needs to work, not look pretty. I will call again for the next project.
