Description of Work: We had a leak somewhere under our bathroom sink. In less than 24 hours the leak, which turned out to be a small hole in a hose to the hot water faucet, was repaired. Typical of Zimco, they recommended that we consider preventing a potential problem, which they pointed out on the cold water hose. The part was less than $6.00. We have used Zimco for over 15 years. They have always been very fair in charging for services and go above and beyond to provide excellent value. I have recommended them to anyone in the area who needs a good plumber.

Description of Work: This company was hired to redo a bathroom for me. He was to move a water line so I could have a smaller tub put in and then install the tub. I came home and the tub was installed. I noticed right away that it was damaged--there was a large chip in the porcelin. When I spoke to him he told me that "most products come damaged nowadays and he had left me a repair kit"!!! After some more talking he agreed to replace the tub. It also did not appear to me once the tub was installed that it was further back like it should have been although the workman (who I think was his father) insisted that he had moved the water line. I let it go and paid the bill. A few weeks later I had to call a plumber out for a leak and was showing him the work I had done in the bathroom. I told him I suspected they had not moved the water line. The guy looked around and confirmed for me that the water line had not been moved. He explained to me that that was a very big job and he saw no evidence it had been moved. I was a single mom at the time and feel totally taken advantage of by this guy. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
