Description of Work: I needed a estimate on my rubber roof in my sunroom. I also asked about vinyl siding with attached foam insulation and he was honest in telling me that the cost of the new siding won't benefit the cost of energy savings. I don't think another company would pass up the chance of making money on me. These guys are a family owned company and take pride in their work. The young man that came in was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Did not pressure me to make a quick sale. I told him that I would get back to him in the near future to have the work done. He emailed a detailed estimate and was very happy with it. Will contact them in a month or 2 to set up a date to have the work done. Sometimes it is better to deal with a family owned company then a large franchise where you are just a number.

Description of Work: Inspect roof, fix minor issues

Description of Work: This was a roof inspection, nail patching & flashing pitched package deal. He videoed my attic space showing no water leakage but also videoed my ridge vent showing a lot of nails starting to pull out of the roof. Dean also replaced part of a shingle (I had some left over shingles) that was blown off by high winds. He promised to send me a quote by the end of the week with an option of replacing the ridge vent and I received the quote in 3 days.

Description of Work: Replaced skylights and repaired roof leak on house. Will need to wait for rain to determine if leak repairs were successful. | |Replaced cedar shingle roof on gazebo. Very satisfied with the finished product.
