Description of Work: Terrible nursery with terrible customer service they can’t take accountability for anything. You pay a high price for their mulch and their mulch is not worth it nor a high quality.

Description of Work: We received excellent guidance in plant selection and planting instructions for a specimen tree. We also purchased a flat of myrtle. Again, the quality of the myrtle was better than typical - no weeds, healthy plants. This is why we are repeat customers.

Description of Work: We actually went over to look at their selection of trees to replace one that had been struck by lightening years ago. They listened to what we wanted in a tree and then took us into the field and gave us their opinion on what would work and showed us the tree in different stages of growth. Very informative and professional. We opted, as we are diy'ers to pick up the tree and plant it yourself. It is doing great and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience! We would definitely buy from them again!

Representatives are highly knowledgeable and artistic, as well as exceptionally considerate and conscientious; in short, they're professional in every way. The nursery is large with an excellent selection, particularly of trees. Moreover, Root's is true to its excellent guarantees and takes pride in its work. When one of the shrubs the company planted looked peaked to me at the end of a year, the company replaced it without hesitation. Depending upon where the customer lives, the prices for delivery and planting can be higher, but I've never regretted paying a little more. This is a family owned business that treats its customers like friends.
