+ 0 moreVery well, Called and the service man came out the next day, checked out the oven to see what the problem was, ordered the part when he went back to the store, part came in sooner then expected, called when the part arrived and set up a time to install it, called to let us know he was on the way, installed the part and the oven has worked great ever since.

Description of Work: Serviced Snow blower and trimmer. They came to my home and picked the items up. Called me when they were finished and asked when I would like them returned. We always try to use them for any purchases we make because of their superior customer service. They are always great to work with. If you have a question and the person you are talking to does not know the answer they always get someone who does.

+ -1 moreThat worked out pretty good. I wasn't even home when they fixed it. I got the bill and paid it and it was fine. They were scheduled, they came and that was it. It was done well; the quality was good. They were busy so they didn't come out right away, but they came when they said they would.
Description of Work: I have been using Longenecker's True Value Rental to repair a dishwasher.

+ 0 moreI was impressed with the cost. They were very professional. They take pride in their work. One of the things I want to mention is, I had them out to repair a washer and they refused to repair it because it was too far gone. They said the transmission was no good and they wouldn’t work on it. They only charged me for the service call. You don’t hear of that too often.
Description of Work: For appliance service we use Longenecker’s True Value Rental. They’re a hardware store but they also sell appliances. They came out last month to repair a dishwasher, clean a stove and worked on a refrigerator.
