Turned out to be a very bad dream. The base price is good, but all their upgrades are very expensive. Must use their lending company, which is even worse than Keystone. The communication for the company is horrible at best, which has led to many problems that could have been avoided. We are still waiting for our 11 month warranty inspection which the company never did, over three months late. Owner gave us his card at close and said contact me if you have problems, still waiting for a response. Only way to get issues moving was file a BBB compliant. Issues with painting, drywall, and the HVAC. Painters, didn't bother to clean surfaces, so they painted dust and debris into our ceilings and casings. Too many popped nail heads and bad corners in the house to count. Dual-zone HVAC blows on both floors even one floor is completely shut-off. Highly energy inefficient, even with the insulation in 2x6 construction, way higher energy bills than in Hampton Roads. Customer service representative highly unprofessional, only offers one appointment and doesn't return email very well. Be very informed before signing a contract, read as many reviews as possible.
