Description of Work: Although I tried contacting them twice through Angie list, they never got in touch with me - no phone calls, texts, or email. Terrible business sense. If you are booked up then at least let the prospective customers know that.

+ 0 moreIn my opinion DO NOT HIRE GARMAN'S CLEANING TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. HUGE RIP-OFFS AND WAY OVER PRICED. I could have hired my teenage neighbor to do a better job than they did for $40.00 instead of $145.00.
Description of Work: I hired Andy and Donna Garman to do a first time clean and after they left I noticed many things that weren't cleaned! Such as the toilets, kitchen floor, windowsills, baseboards, most corners, cobwebs etc,. not within immediate eyeshot. I called them to tell them how upset I was with their work. Spoke with Donna who said she'd talk to her husband and get back to me, which never happened. When I called, (and emailed,) again and again I finally received a nasty letter from her husband Andy Garman that Garman's Cleaning would have come back to re-clean if I had notified them within 24 hours. I DID CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS AND GARMAN'S DIDN'T RETURN MY CALL(S)! They are liars! I HAVE MY PHONE RECORDS AS EVIDENCE THAT I CALLED! I hired another company to come do a first time clean a few days later and the owner could not believe the dirt Andy and Donna Garman had left behind. I have many pictures of what they missed. Thankfully the new cleaning company found even more they missed and cleaned after them.
