I sent them an email on Angie's List and received a response within the hour. We set up a time that same day where the two guys came to my house, located and caught the squirrel, put it in a trap and took it with them. They were knowledgeable and professional and their fees extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Ellis Wildlife came out promptly and explained the best options for us. We chose to have them remove the groundhogs using efficient kill traps. We will make repairs and preventive screening as suggested by Ellis. We recommend these folks very highly and will use their services again if needed.

Great job because he didn't give up until we were satisfied that everything was really secure. He left traps in place for a few weeks to make sure that all were caught and removed.

We had several ground hogs within our yard that were near our pool area and causing some damage to wood deck and holes near pool. I called Mike who was near our area and he immediately responded with some cages and caught the mom on the first day. When he picked up the larger one, he placed additional cages near the hole. The smaller ones were all caught together on the third day. Mike was very responsive, always calling me back promptly and he seemed to have a genuine interest in the humane treatment of the animals. We would definitely recommend his services for all types of animal removal.

He arrived promptly on the time agreed upon, walked around my property with me and set traps in the agreed upon places. He gave advice on the types of traps and locations. When I found a groundhog in a trap, I telephoned him and he came always at the promised time to remove them. He was exceptionally courteous and always punctual.

All 3 animals caught the first night. 2 opossums caught on 2 subsequent nights but Ellis provided reliable advice that this species is generally healthy, good to have around, and highly unlikely to dig up the yard. Very pleased with the service provided.

In the spring of 2011 I contacted Ellis Wildlife Control about the squirrels nesting in between my walls. The first time we spoke, Mike questioned me about what I was hearing and determined that there were probably baby squirrels in there and we should wait until they were able to leave the nest. Several weeks later Mike came out and set traps. The squirrels were removed, and their entryways closed up. Problem solved... until... in November of 2011, a squirrel got down the chimney and chewed through the wire to the blower for the wood stove. I called Mike and he came out the next day. Turns out the chimney sweep had not replaced the wire cover after cleaning the flue. Mike secured the cover for me - at no charge!
