I just had a loose connection. They were not here longer than two minutes and they charged me $86. I was shocked that they charged me that. I was talking about getting a new garage door opener and everything through them and nothing, it was like here's the bill, so I am looking for somebody else. My bill says they lubed with oil and they did not lube anything, I was there with them every moment. We talked a little bit and then we left. All they did was adjust the eyes because there was a loose screw. I was just flabbergasted so I was not impressed. I was not happy at all. They fixed the problem.

They were very professional and concerned with replacing only what really needed to be done. After checking all of the elements they determined that a small pulley needed to be replaced. They did that and were on their way. All in less than 1/2 hour. Punctual, professional, good work. I wish they did more than doors so I could use them for other projects!!

Well, don't let anyone B.S. you about their service..! They brought me surf and turf for lunch and a bottle of Asti..! ...and then did their work quite efficiently..!

They arrived when they said they would, completed the work quickly, were friendly and took time to explain what they did. I highly recommend them.

Showed up and everything went well. Door works fine. Everything was cleaned up. Old door was removed.

This was a wonderful experience. Cost was right on. Very professional and friendly. The owner himself came to the house that afternoon to make sure we purchased the right doors. He was so excited because the doors we chose would look really good with our house. I highly recommend them. The install went fine and the finished job looks great.

I talked to them on the phone and they were responsive. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. I had them match an existing door and they had that product. The price was good. I had to call them back to reset the springs. I've already used them a second time for more garage doors.

The repairman was efficient, polite, and the job was the work of a true craftsman. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. Outstanding!

We had a positive experience with Drake Reed Doors from the first phone call till the job was completed. The salesman was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost was less that we expected! Our garage door was old, ugly and heavy (manual open). We wanted a new door that would be attractive, light weight and easy to open. We choose to go with another manual door because we have a friend who can install an automatic door opener at a later date. I was surprised to see one workman arrive to do the install, but within a few minutes it was obvious everything was in good hands. Ray, the installation man, was great! He was pleasant, helpful and very polite. Ray answered all questions before proceeding with the job. He disassembled the old door, installed the new door and cleaned up in an efficient and timely manner. The new door is beautiful and works great! Even though we did not buy an automatic door opener from Drake Reed Co, Ray took a few minutes to give us some “helpful hints” for installing one ourselves; this extra consideration is a positive reflection, not only on Ray as a person, but on the Drake Reed Door Co.

Overall the job went very well and we were very pleased with the finished product. They also delivered all aspects of the job that we initially put in writing.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were prompt and skillful. Our 3 doors were in in less than half a day. The work are was left clean and the old doors were removed. They run beautifully and are so quiet I have to check to see that they are closed. Drake Reed's prices were almost half of the most expensive quote we got.

After getting back from vacation, we realized our 11 year old son's neighborhood enemy, had put a brick through our glass window on our garage door. It was an old wooden garage door with glass, probably orginial to the garage back in the 1940's. We called Drake Reed to come out and replace it with a basic white steel garage door. We are extremely happy with the service and price of replacing it.
