Description of Work: I had my tub reglazed. The fellow that came out was very nice and professional. Part of the tub did not take. He let me know that they had to wait for it to dry, then they would come back, re-sand and refinish. I never received a phone call, but after a couple of calls I got the owner, and he scheduled the work - no problem. The same fellow came back, finished the job and it looks good.

Description of Work: Not impressed. Have an issue with a rust stain that developed around the drain that was never there before. Called to bring it to their attention and was told to to clean it with a magic eraser. They stripped my tub and think if they noticed it might be an issue they should have brought it to my attention. They also informed me it they had to come out to look at it there would be a service charge. Would not do business again with them.

Description of Work: Removed chipping surface from previously painted tub and resurfaced. Put down 'non-slip' coating on floor. | |We used email to communicate, which is my preference, but there were some long delays in hearing back about confirming our appointment request. Other than that, everything went well... professional work and the tub looks great!

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on the re-glazing of the bathroom tub in my mother's home. Joe showed up on time and went right to work. He completed the job in about three hours. The tub looks brand new and he also caulked around the tub, giving it a very professional look. He cleaned up after completing the job. I was really impressed by his work and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I own a rental property with white bathroom fixtures - the tub is actually almond-color and had been resurfaced white sometime before I bought the house in 2000 - so at least 15 years ago. The white was chipping and wearing off and the tile walls had been redone, revealing several inches of grubby almond on three sides of the tub - awful. Tub-N-Counter (Joe I think?) stripped off the first resurfacing, and did it again in glossy white. The work is FANTASTIC. It looks perfect; the clean-up afterward was flawless "As if he had never even been there," said my tenant. Cameron, with whom I did all the coordinating/scheduling, was very easy to work with. We took ages to schedule this - partly because I had to coordinate my being there from out of state on one of two days a week I don't work, and with tenants in a house with only one bath, and partly for his reasons. But now that it is finally finished I am thrilled. I am enormously pleased with how it came out. The B in punctuality, above, is is only because of two last-minute cancelled and rescheduled appointments; the actual contractor gets an A+, he was early and worked quickly especially given that he hadn't known it was a redo (strip and resurface, not just resurface.) It's just great, thank you.

Description of Work: They did a beautiful job, but I was unaware that since the tub had been resurfaced once in the past, there would be an additional charge of 150.00 dollars to scrape before resurfacing. So it really was not a "deal".

Description of Work: We took advantage of a Big Deal to have our tub reprinted. When the worker arrived, he told my husband that it would cost more than the original price. However, he never followed up with us to get the additional money he had quoted. I used the number he left with us to reach outta him, but he did not return my calls.

Description of Work: I had only one phone conversation in which I explained what I wanted done, the provider was very courteous and we agreed that I would contact him to provide the service when the tenants left and before I put the house on the market. The house sold much quicker than I anticipated, therefore I no longer needed the service.
