overall it went very smoothly and professionally . Felt they were very knowledgeable about their craft and helpful to do it yourself home owners like us.

Cameron was great to work with. The only rating I gave that was NOT an Excellent was for responsiveness and this requires an explanation. It took a number of phone calls to schedule a repair visit for a chip that occurred when we were installing the tub. In fairness to him, I never pressed very hard and he did have to travel 45 miles to repair one small chip.

The scheduling was done quickly from the time I signed up for the coupon. The tub came out nice. It's the damage to my sink that I can't get fixed that has ruined the experience for me with this service provider.

They worked on our tub and I wasn't satisfied of it so I called them to come and fix it. They came on the second day and did some fixing but the tub still looked terrible and I think that was the best they could do.

They sanded the whole tub and repainted it with a slip resistant finish. I was told their white was a match to Kohler white and it was perfect. In addition, they scrapped out and replaced all caulking around the tub enclosure. And all the work was all done in just one morning. When my husband got home from work, he could not believe the quality. The tub looked brand new. We were very pleased and thought we got a great bargain for the price. I would highly recommend this company.

I looked up Tub-n-Counter when I saw a coupon from Angie's List. Reputation was consistently good, so I bought the coupon and scheduled the visit. They scheduled the work within a week, came on time, and completed refinishing our tub in about an hour. Communications were throughout. Scheduling was clear and easy, the person who came double checked color, and he left good written information about how to care for the new surface. So far, it looks great. We'll see how it holds up. But I was entirely satisfied with the work, the interactions, and the price.

The technician showed up on time. Completed the job and cleaned up, but he also disposed of or lost a metal stopper that was part of the tub in the master bedroom. I contacted the owner/manager and informed he. He indicated he would check with the technician and get back to me. He did not. I called back and he did not appear to remember our conversation. He suggested I go out to any hardware store such as home depot and purchase the missing piece, submit the receipt to him and he would reimburse me for it. I insisted this was their responsibility. He argued with me and wanted to come over when it was suitable for him, not for both of us. I never heard from him again.

We set a date by phone. They came in 5 days. The work was complete in about 6 hours. Excellent workmanship.

the tub surround was done well enough but i feel like $375 was expensive for a couple hrs work. the job required a little custom fitting. they scribed the pieces to fit and we're generally happy wi the result. we were less satisfied with the finish of the reglazing on the tub. there are 3-4 noticeable spots that did not come out smooth. one spot about 3 inches in length appears to be an area where the hose attached to the sprayer rubbed up against an area that had already been sprayed. i feel like they should have addressed this before completing the job. the floor of the tub also turned out gritty, not smooth, indicating to me that they didn't cleanup well enough before starting. if this detail was part of the plan, they didn't communicate it to me.

They said that I did not actually need to have all the work done that I thought needed to be done. The tub turned out fabulous and like new. It was a pleasure to deal with a contractor who was so honest and reliable.

I inquired with Tub-n-Counter through Angie's List and Cam responded quickly via email. We went back and forth a bit and hashed out a plan. He helped me to determine the extent of the services we required and desired, gave me a ballpark estimate, and then came out to measure and assess the bathroom to give me an estimate that he stuck to, practically to the dollar. Cam had his man Joe perform some of the work, and Joe's been doing tile work for a long time, which showed in his work. Ultimately, the guys reglazed the tile in our entire bathroom taking it from an awful pink to a nice bright Kohler White. They also repaired a hole in the wall where some tile was damaged to near perfect specifications with what was there originally. The guys replaced our toilet and sink, too, and installed a beautiful brand new glass mosaic tile vanity top. Beyond the excellent work, Cam and Joe were personable and professional, and we never once felt uneasy having them in our home for the better part of 3-4 days. Look no further for bathroom tile repair/remodel/reglaze. Cam and Joe at Tub-n-Counter are your guys.

It was done once before but the job did not last and the company is now out of business. Tun N Counter did a very good job and although I thought they were a little pricey, I had the same estimate from another company. I chose Tub N Counter because they have been in business for years.

They turned an ugly pink bathtub into a brand new white one! Very happy with the turnout.

Overall excellent, especially workmanship and price. Clean-up could have been better but I would (and plan to) use them again. I would recommend them.

It works to this day. It was very practical.

Our bathroom looks brand new for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a full renovation. Cameron and his workers did a decent job keeping the area clean during the process and then did a great final clean-up. The company is good at communicating and very flexible in dealing with the fact that we have two small boys, two cats, and a dog. The only difficulty we had was with the smell/vapor from the paint used to glaze the tile as our ventilation is not good in that bathroom so I recommend making sure your ventilation is really good before the glazing begins. Other than that, we plan on having them back to do our master bath which is a disgusting teal green and gray mix right now! Their attention to detail is amazing. We couldn't be happier!

They were very easy to work with. They did a free estimate, showed up on time and performed the work as described. The tile looks great. Reglazing saved us a tremendous amount of time and money vs. replacing all of the tile. All of the walls in the room are tile.
