TRIBAL LOOM ORIENTAL RUGS

We own two rugs that we needed to have cleanied, one is an oriental and the other is a Karastan that my mother owned before me. The serivece for this was better than I expected. They came when they said they would and delivered the rugs back when it was convenient for us. We were having our floors sanded and polyurethaned and so we didn't want the rugs back right away. The cleaning job made the rugs look new.

I purchased a rug special through Angie's List in September, 2011. We thought the $99 deal from Tribal Loom Oriental Rugs was a great option, since our oriental rug was in need of a serious cleaning. When I called Tribal they explained that they were very busy due to this special and that they could schedule me for October 3. True to their word, they picked up our rug that day and returned it a few days later. They even positioned it in place. What a company! We will certainly use them again and advise others to do the same.

This is a great process for high quality oriental rugs. My husband and I were surprised that the rugs are literally hosed down and scrubbed. Unfortunately, one of my lesser but still expensive rugs did not fare so well. Because we moved from PA to CO and stored the rugs after having them cleaned, I did not realize that the backing of an 8x10 rug was peeling away until it was too late for me to do anything about it. The men were courteous and professional and the coupon from Angie's list is a great deal.

Excellent ! Could not be happier. He came on time, was professional, returned the rug in pristine condition-- beyond my expectations. I thought the rug was beyond repair but he brought it back to life. Looks great ... smells great. I love it. I thought he was going to charge me more because the rug was in such bad condition. But, he honored the price. This is a First Class operation. I will be using him exclusively forever!!

I called and got an appointment for pick-up for cleaning two area rugs. Tribal Loom picks up if the customer is close. One of my carpets was starting to wear at the edge, so I also asked to have it re-sewn. The carpets were returned two weeks later as I had indicated that I did not need them returned quickly. The mending job is perfect and the carpets look brighter and more colorful. I am very pleased with Tribal Loom.

My wife responded to an Angie's List Big Deal from this company. The owner came to our house and picked up the rugs, primary because one of them was 9x11 in size. Since we were having the hardwood floors refinished, we asked him to store the rugs for two weeks after he had completed the cleaning. He willingly complied, at not aditional cost. He then delivered the rugs to the house on the date specified, unwrapped them from kraft paper in which they had been stored, and laid them out on the floor for us. We concluded that tribal loom had done an excellent job in terms of the cleaning, and the service could not be beaten. Therefore, we engaged them again, this time to clean a wool rug that was in our dining room. Our experience the second time was as good as the first. We would highly recommend Tribal Loom to others.

Having used them for a friends house, I purchased a coupon from Angie's List wanting to have a rug of my own cleaned. All I can say is that they were prompt, professional and my rug, an oriental 20ft. runner looked fantastic when they were done. They repaired the side, added new fringe on the ends and cleaned it all for the $99.00 coupon. Oh, and they also picked it up and delivered it, beautifully clean, a week later. Would I use them again? Absolutely! I was impressed and to be honest, I am not easy to impress!

We had used them before and were happy to see this Big Deal. They are very thorough. We'd had a rug cleaned by someone else, but they left lots of spots behind. Tribal Loom was able to get that rug into pristine condition! I can't say enough good things about their service and I highly recommend them!

They were on time (actually 20 minutes early) for both pick up and delivery. Of course some furniture needed to be moved, without issue. The rugs were cleaned and look spectacular.

The rugs were picked up the day I called. He moved all the furniture very carefully, rolled and tied the carpet for transport and replaced the furniture. On delivery he did the same. Because of a mixup on one of the rugs being repaired, they ended up reinforcing both rugs and only charged me for the one agreed on.

They scheduled the time to pick up the rugs and were prompt. then they estiated the time to clean the rugs and were correct. And lastly they scheduled the return date and time and were prompt.The company was very good to work with and the rugs look much better.

Everything went very well. They picked up the rug and dropped it off on time and it looked amazing when they were finished.

They arrived as scheduled for pickup, rolled the rug up for us, and took it out. Other companies have made us roll it ourselves, which is not easy with a rug this size! Rug came back right on schedule, clean and fresh, and they didn't just drop it off, they put it back in place for us. Very good experience overall!

Got the initial lead from Angie's list discount offer ($200 worth of service offered for $99). Called the service and Mr. Nurhan Antilian, who answered the phone was courteous. He said he would pick up the rug on 5/29/12 and drop it back a week later. He was prompt in pick up and delivery. For odor elimination an additional $40 was charged, which was reasonable. I was pleased with the work and would use his service again or recommend him to others.

Tribal Loom cleaned an antique Oriental rug for me that had a heavy pet odor. The rug had previously been "professionally" cleaned by someone else. Tribal loom cleaned and deodorized it, picked it up promptly, delivered it as promised, and the rug is beautiful. It is much cleaner than before with absolutely no trace of odor. Wonderful service.

These folks are extremely reasonabble and very professional. They cleaned 6 - 8 small to medium orietal rugs. Did pickup and delivery and returned the rugs wrapped for storage whch was terrific because I rotate my rugs.Upon return, I did check the condition of the ones that needed cleaning the most and was very happy. I will definitely use this service provider again.
