TRIBAL LOOM ORIENTAL RUGS

They arrived at the house and took a look at three rugs. Two weren't worth the cost of cleaning, so we decided just to have one repaired and cleaned. They recommended removing the fringes on both ends, which we were OK with. They took the rug away and delivered it a couple of weeks later. The repair looked flawless, like it never had the fringes to begin with. I was actually a lot more impressed with that than the cleaning. Overall a good experience.

I needed the rug cleaned for Thanksgiving and they agreed to the deadline. They came the day after I called, to pick up rug. They also helped me move furniture to free the rug. They delivered rug as promised several days before Thanksgiving. They Insisted on setting rug properly on floor, then helped me move the furniture back. I was absolutely stunned on how beautiful that rug looked and what a terrific job they did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had them hand clean 3 rugs for me. It went very well. At first, I had a hard time getting an appointment set up, but I finally got them out here this year. I wasn’t happy the first time he brought the rug back, so he took it back and re-cleaned it. He was very willing to re-clean the rug for me.

The previous owner of our new home left behind a beautiful Karastan rug- mostly light blue and cream colored. The rug had numerous stains that I had not been able to remove and some deep indentations from furniture sitting on it. When the rug was picked up I expressed my concern that the stains might be beyond help. The very nice gentleman said "We'll see." The rug came back in one week looking like a brand new rug! Tribal Loom did a fabulous job!!

My experience was excellent, they were terrific. I had spilled bubbles on my expensive oriental rug. They were able to get the stain out and were able to get it done in less than a week. I was able to use a 20% off Angie’s List coupon also.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were absolutely amazing. I wish every company was that wonderful to deal with. I was a little bit further out from their shop than they normally come but they came out and it was not a problem. The guy was so nice and so courteous. They turned the cleaning job around as fast as you can imagine. It was a wonderful experience. I would give them a million stars. I have recommended them to a number of my friends. He told me exactly when he was going to come; there was no 4 hour window.

Arrived as scheduled and provided a detailed estimate. Rolled and removed each carpet. Discussed the backing I was using and how it has aged and crumbled over time and recommended a replacement. Called and delivered the carpets and backing. We did not put them down right away as we were having the hardwood floors cleaned. We put them down on Sunday and were extreamly pleased with the results. The job was excellent. Tribal Loom will be doing all our work in the future. They have our highest recommendation.

I used a special coupon I purchased through Angie's List to get a great deal on cleaning my oriental rug. I called up to confirm the deal with Tribal Loom. They encouraged me to come on over and drop the carpet off. They were friendly and let me know it would take about a week to clean and be ready. I called after a little over a week and when I picked it up I found my carpet was in fantastic, clean condition. They did great work and it was very reasonably priced. I would use Tribal Loom again

Everything went like clockwork. They discussed the work with me ahead of time on the phone, arrived to pick up the rug on time, did a fine job of cleaning it, and delivered and helped to place it back on the pad at the appointed time. A pleasure to do business with.

My oriental needed cleaning and some repairs. I could use the amount from Angie's List which was $99. for $200 worth of cleaning and/or repairs. When we opened the carpet, there were 5 or so areas that needed repair. I decided to get both the cleaning and repairs done. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I thought the charge was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. I received the carpet back yesterday. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Repairs were invisible. Carpet looks wonderful. I would definitely use this company again.

We found Nurham through Angie's list and he promptly responded to my email inquiry. We had bought several rugs at an auction that needed to be cleaned/repaired, and after going over his prices with me on the phone, he came by the house to pick up the rugs. It was immediately obvious, when discussing the potential repair, that Nurham takes rugs very personally -- he definitely wanted to see it preserved for preservation's sake, and I was easily convinced. Thank goodness! When he brought the rug back I was amazed at how great it looked -- it was, of course, clean, but what really impressed me was the quality of the repair. He matched the color of the thread perfectly, and bound the edges so nicely that I would never have known it was messed up to begin with. I was so pleased that when he dropped off the original carpets, I gave him two more to clean/repair. Nurham is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend him. (If I can figure out how to add photos, I will do so!)

Tribal Loom both repaired and cleaned one of my oriental rugs. They did a wonderful job that was completed well within the time frame that they had told me. The work is superb and the value was great. I definitely recommend their services.

I had a huge 10x12 wool rug cleaned. The rug was picked up from my house , cleaned and then delivered promptly the next weekend. Great service! I had purchased a coupon on Angie's Los for $99 for $ 200 worth of cleaning. Great deal and great service. I highly recommend tribal loom.

The rugs were picked up at our house right on schedule, and were held at their business for an additional 2 weeks to accomodate our schedule. The cleaning performed was quite good. Having been in constant daily use for 15 years, these rugs were in need of a good cleaning. When we unrolled them, I was very pleased with how bright the rugs looked. Very nice job.

The price for cleaning the small oriental rug was reasonable as I had 4 other estimates. I chose this outfit for convenience (I brought the rug to them for cleaning and picked it up when completed). The rug looks new now (20 years of wear without a cleaning) and was completed on date promised.

Our rug was very grubby [ from our feet and our two dogs' paws! ]. There were no particular stains but what had once been pink and cream was now looking more like tan and brown. Tribal Loom collected the rug, on time as arranged. It was returned to us a week later, again on time and as arranged, and we were thrilled with the result! We had forgotten what colors we once had in that rug! They had also trimmed the fringe a little to tidy up the ends and did not charge for this. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and will definitely use this company again.
