TRIBAL LOOM ORIENTAL RUGS

Description of Work: This company is an expert at cleaning and repairing oriental rugs. The service is terrific and the quality of work is extraordinary. One of the owners, himself, came to my house and picked up the rugs and delivered them after they had been cleaned and repaired. They looked so good that now I am going to clean some of my other rugs too. The price was very fair and it only took about a week to get the rugs returned.

Description of Work: I had my oriental rug cleaned. They were very professional, picked the rug up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would, and my rug looks beautiful.

Description of Work: Pet accident on oriental carpet. Tried to clean myself with little luck.. Called Tribal Loom and they responded quickly and came out to the house within the hour and got the carpet back in three days, looking like new.

Description of Work: I requested four estimates from firms selected from Angie's List. Tribal Loom's estimate was competitive and I chose them based on their price and their reviews. They cleaned 5 area rugs, two of which are Chinese hand loomed rungs, and a wool/sisal wall hanging. They picked up all of the pieces at the appointed time and only took one week to clean. These were delivered at the appointed time. The rugs look great, and the cost was exactly as they quoted.

Description of Work: Tribal Loom had cleaned a Persian for me and removed pet stains on a large carpet a year earlier. In 2008 we did a full renovation on some rooms and had Nurhan come back and take a large 13 x 20 handmade rug, and reclean the Persian. They also stored the rugs while we finished the renovations at a minimal cost. Nurhan rolled and lifted the big rug himself, and put it into his truck. I don't know how he lifted it. He also sold us new rug pads for the rugs and came back punctually and relaid them where I wanted them. Moved furniture, etc. If there were A+ grades, he would get them. Courteous, professional, very reasonable prices. I actually don't remember how much I paid for all of the services, but I know I paid 3X as much to another cleaning co. for the same small rug. Description of Work: I used Tribal Loom Oriental Rugs. They took three of my large, handmade Persian carpets and cleaned them. I got the carpets back a week ago.

Description of Work: Two oriental rugs cleaned--both looked like new rugs on return. We decided to then take all our rugs in for cleaning we were so pleased.

Description of Work: Had area rug (approx. 4x6) cleaned and deodorized. Rug smelled horrible from pet urination and one end of rug was damaged (binding had come out). Nurhan suggested that I have the end repaired as the rug was a good (old) one. The cleaning/deodorizing was about $65 and the repair another $65. He wasn't pushy in suggesting the repair, which was nice.

Description of Work: I had 7 rugs cleaned and repaired. Four were room size (3 of which were antique orientals), and the other three orientals were smaller in size (3' x 5'). They repaired the corner and fringe of an oriental rug that my dog had chewed. The company offers free pick up and delivery, and they were able to come out the day after I called. The owner was extremely helpful in storing the pads in our basement and was very careful with moving and replacing the furniture. The rugs were delivered within 10 days, exactly as promised. I couldn't believe how beautiful they were- the colors were so much more vibrant, and the fringe looked like new. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I had gotten. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: TRIBAL LOOM CLEANED A 4'DIAMETER ORIENTAL SILK RUG FOR ME. IT WAS VERY DIRTY DUE TO MOVING AND I WAS ASHAMED TO HAVE THEM SEE IT. THE RUG WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND I FELT I NEEDED TO AT LEAST TRY AND SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO. THE RUG RETURNED IN ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE CONDITION. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BACK TO ITS' BEAUTIFUL STATE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DID IT!! THE COST WAS AN UNBELIEVABLE $42.00.

Description of Work: THIS MAN PICKED UP FOUR ORIENTAL RUGS I WAS GIVEN, CLEANED AND REFRINGED THEM AND DELIVERED THEM TO MY NEW HOME. I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE THEM WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, SO HE KINDLY STORED THEM FOR ME FOR 2 MONTHS.
