The company provided same day service for the replacement of the heater. The technicians were qualified and friendly.

Strong Plumbing came within 30 minutes of calling & was about to replace the broken water heater in just a few hours, I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job but their price was exorbitant. I paid for getting work done in a hurry. Cost over $800 for valve replacement on water pipe and replacement of leaky faucet in bathroom sink. I had already purchased new faucet.

Went on HomeAdviser to inquire about plumbers and promptly got three replies. Went with Stong Plumbing and was very satisfied with their customer service and work.

The job was repair of a drain line, which took 35 minutes, for which they charged $392. When asked why the exorbinate rate, they said that's the going rate. We would never use again. Please vet your contractors better than this. We have used Home Advisor many times in the past, first such experience, and hopefully the last.

The quality of the work was top notch, and the installer were professional, courteous and the work was impeccable. I will use them again. My issue was the price. Seemed much higher than the national average for a new water heater. Not really sure why.

I was contacted by the firm as to when to expect their technicians and they were right on time. The firm responded to my plumbing issue in less than 24 hours, assessed the problem, and took corrective action. A job well done!

I had Stong come in to replace cartridges on 2 leaking faucets. I was given an estimate of $315, the rationalization being that replacing a cylinder on the Jacuzzi faucet involved a lot of work. They took 20 minutes to replace both faucets and I supplied one of the cartridges! The other costs $30! Spoke to the dispatcher and got them to reduce the invoice by another $70. $250 for 20 minutes of work is still exorbitant.
