The work was completed but not without challenges. The project was to replace the shut-off valves under the vanity. The water was shut from the main shutoff valve. While the work was being done in the bathroom upstairs, I noticed water leaking from my Living room ceiling below. The bathroom had water all over the floor. I was informed that when the main shut-off valve was reopened, the water pressure turned the under sink shut-off valve from the off position to the on position (the facet line was not hooked up yet). It took a lot of rags to clean up the spill. The company gave me a small credit on the bill for the inconvenience.

Grayson and John were amazing! Made me comfortable that they knew what they were doing with my atypical hot water heater install. Would use them again for any plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with this company. The technician, Grayson was on-time, highly competent and professional and handled the repair at a reasonable price compared to some of the larger outfits that try to sell you memberships and warranties and other unnecessary add-ons. We will use them again.

Service was great which is very important to me. But I paid about double of what I had expected. The repair was done in 1 hour 15 min and I had to pay $495. That was the price after negotiation. The estimate started at $660 for a simple repair of a toilet leaking and a shut off valve. Would not consider this company for future work based on their high price.

No repair this time. New sump pump & some piping installed. Great job. Grayson was friendly, courteous and respectful. Only bad thing, I thought 1,290.00 was way to high for literally less than an hours work, literally less than 1 hour. Original plumber's quoted price was 675.00 but he never called back to schedule replacement. I was so tired of the malfunctioning pump and just wanted to get it replaced and be done with it even though I was not happy about the price. Workmanship and quality wise I would definitely use them again but price wise, not so sure.

We had an urgent issue with our kitchen sink leaking and Stong Plumbing reached out immediately. Very easy to work with to schedule appointments. Very prompt and professional. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. With the covid19 crisis going on at this time was a bit nervous to have people in the house but they suited up appropriately. Wore masks and gloves. They left everything the way it was found. Worked on a drop cloth in both rooms and swept up after the work was completed. Very happy with the new kitchen sink and faucets and the replacement of the powder room faucets. Will definitely hire them again and we highly recommend them to anyone needing any work with a plumber. We have happily found our new plumbers. Thank you Stong Plumbing !!!

I hired Stong Plumbing to repair a water heater. They sent a technician out within a couple of hours. The technician was professional, he ensured he kept the work area clean. He explained what he believed the problem to be with all costs. I did have one issue after the parts were replaced. I spoke with the owner, he and I discussed the situation and Steve the owner did not hesitate to resolve the issue immediately. I will call them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

John did a good job but I know it s a little pricey I paid for the job. Maybe I m used to my other plumber that more reasonable. But He s not available and the problem was urgent so I got no choice. I m satisfied.

Stong Plumbing was a great experience. The 2 nicest guys showed up for an estimate about 15 min. after the company first contacted me. They were able to do the job that same day. They replaced the faucets on my bathtub. They also had to replace the copper pipe connections. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and were the 2 nicest guys you could want to work with. They are now my plumbers for any other plumbing job I might need in the future.

Stong Plumbing should not be trusted as they miss represented the Bradford White Water heater warranty. Furthermore they charged me $454 for a $16.99 anode rod and said they had to install it. Called Bradford White warranty department and they said anyone could replace the rod and it would not voice the warranty. Terrible response time and have tried for two months to give them the opportunity to correct the problem. Nothing.

Grayson and Dean replaced our Faucet, also replacing some valves and piping, and did a great job. We would highly recommend them.

serviceman arrived on time. HE was to install an outside valve which I purchase elsewhere. The company said there would be a $49 cost for coming to the house. I was offered a coupon for the $49.00 From the time he arrive until he drove away, only 30 minutes elapsed. I was charged $165.00 for labor - thats billing at the rate of $330 per hours ! A ridiculous rate - check your total costs and time before you engage their services. You can do better if you shop around
