I need to install water pressure reducing valve for outside. The guy is so nice. He took a hour to replace the old one. I bought a new valve from Home Depot and save the money. This company charged me the price same as the other company. If you have emergency issue, you can use this company. I feel too expensive for replace a valve, but I have to pay it.

i have confidence in home advisors. this con tractor wanted more money but he matched the price ad from horizon service. my bathroom sink waS CLOGGED. HE NEEDED A SNAKE TO OPEN IT UP. NO HAIR OR DIRT FOUND ,,JUST HARD SUBSTANCE BLOCKING DRAIN AGE./SO FAR SO GOOD AFTER AWEEK .WATER IS DRAINING PROPERLY

75.00 for 10 minutes work.he did not even need to use tools. he just had to connect the invertor and the battery and explained how it works. it should have 25-30 dollars tops.

Big hassle getting toilet replaced under warranty. They came out and did unnecessary work which they charged us for this did not work and it took a lot of phone calls to finally get them to replace defective toilet. Be very wary of this company. Poor customer service. I will not do business with them again.

Technician came promptly to assess work request and gave estimate. The final installation was even better than I originally thought. Kevin even gave helpful tips on other plumbing/heating issues.

The best part about Stong Plumbing was the fact that they came out right away... Steve the owner came first within an hr. He gave me an estimate that fit my budget... Kevin who had a sense of humor did the job quickly and advised me of some things to do after the faucet was installed. Stong Plumbing customer service and installer were so great to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone who has plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the ceiling below an upstairs bath that occurred during showers. Strong responded quickly to my HomeAdvisor submission, and the tech arrived next day as promised. He reviewed the situation and determined he would need to cut a hole in the ceiling to examine / diagnose ($200 to cut 10X12" hole in ceiling). Tech diagnosed need to replace trap. Cut out old trap and fit new one ($500). tested running water through pipes and no leak. Next evening's shower, leak recurred. Same tech returned and we demonstrated leak. Reexamined pipes and determined tightening needed. Ran water again and no drip occurred. (No charge for second trip) However, next shower the leak recurred. Different (more experienced) rep came out third time. After examining the situation more closely he determined the issue was water diverting from a leaking shower hose through face plate that needed to be caulked ($100). Caulking fixed the issue. Stong came when they said they would and returned as needed and as promised until the issue was resolved. This was a tricky diagnosis. However, bottom line is after $700 unnecessary expense fixing the wrong problem, I now have a hole in my ceiling I am still struggling to fix. Despite generally good operating practices and an honest effort to make a bad situation right, I would contact someone else before calling Stong again for plumbing services.

Our STONG plumber was on time, gave an honest evaluation and a written statement of the project and all options. He did NOT give a pushy sales pitch. He worked diligently without rushing or skimping on the project. Our problem drainage pipes were cut out, replaced and working within a few hours! I was impressed enough to ask him to schedule an appointment do another project a week later.
