Work was done quickly.

Steve promised that a technician would arrive at 6:00pm. A technician did not arrive until 11:15pm. His prices are high and customer service is non-existent. Its all about the money. I will be sure to let people know that he is a thief. I rated the service a three because the technician was honest and took his time.

It was not a good experience because my plumbing was already checked and I put my hand on it to see if it was leaking and it was a little wet so I had it double check and was told that the knew work that was completed was leaking and they changed over ;500.00 to fix it and offered a $65.00 coupon so the bill was around $452.00 and they charge $6.00 to use a debit card. One of the men went to my upstairs, which I did not like because he did not ask me to enter that part of my home. The air conditioner flexible rubber hose was leaking on the pipe and they lied to make money so they are dishonest in the business.

They put shoe covers on before entering my home. They put a heavy mat on the floor infront of my sink. Very neat and clean. Vowed to do the job right the first time and they did. I am very pleased.

Very expensive for an hour's work. $495.00 to clear 2 clogs.

They were prompt and did a weekend visit. The work went well and all is working.

I was led to believe that the mechanics would arrive between noon and 1: PM, they arrived at 4: PM. They did a really nice job on the repair of my leaking pipe, but when they left I could still hear running water. I called the owner and he was concerned but told me that it did not make any sense. Well, the outside hose faucet was left open and I had two hours of running water (can't wait to see my water bill). I called the owner back and told him that I turned off the water and I was upset about this happening. He said he would send some around to see me. That was two weeks ago and I haven't seen anyone yet. To wrap up, my basement toilet will not fill because of water in the pipe. I would not recommend this company.

Very responsive - immediate call back and visit scheduled very next day. Received a courtesy call to confirm arrival time. Technician was very professional, addressed the problem to my satisfaction and left the work area clean and tidy. Excellent service - would use again.

I'm planning on using them in the future. They were very quick and professional, we were very happy.

Seemed high priced based on the repair performed, but was stuck in a time crunch to get the repair done. Also, had to cut the ceiling open for the repair and then it was difficult to get their subcontractor to contact us. When he did, the estimate to repair the ceiling sheetrock was outrageous. Overall, knowledgable about the repair and did good work, but make sure you do your homework and get some other prices if you have the time.

This is a second time to use this company. My home sewer drain Clogged. This company don't have the video to do the sewer video inspection. So they said we should do the clean out service first. I paid $532 for the clean out service. But they said the sewer drain clogged then need to reschedule to do the video inspection $525. I spend $532 and didn't find out what the root cause was. We should do the video inspection first. This is bad experience. Another day I hired another company and just use 10 minutes and less money to do the video inspection. We know the problem now.

Plumber showed up on time and was professional throughout. Diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, and we agreed to a repair the next day. Explained all options adequately. Sad but true -- a repair company that shows up on time, and does the repair as stated, in the time promised, and at the cost agreed upon; is not easy to find. This company does all that, so I recommend them.

I thought the price was too high..since I had already had the part to be replaced & he used his own! This would have probably been a lower cost job!!! Not happy with this! Repair man was pleasant only consultation! Would not call for service again!

Estimator was owner of company. Very nice. & professional. Unfortunately he said plumber would be at house in 1 1/2 hrs. showed up 4 hrs. later. Calls from "office" lady every so often saying plumber would be there "within" the hr. Uh���well, if you use just make sure u can stay put for a while.
