Andy, the plumber was very nice and did a beautiful job. I just love the look of my new hammered copper sink and copper faucets. It gives my kitchen a much richer look and he took the old cast iron porcelain sink away. Andy did a great job. Thanks Andy!

Thought it was too expensive

They were very prompt, did and excellent clean job. The technician came on time and completed the work.

Excellent quality work...but very expensive. I paid over $4600.00 dollars for a new bathroom tile floor and a new toilet. The Bathroom is very small and took about a week to install. Great work nice workers but just to high a price.

Plummer was very informative and pleasant. He had a really difficult space to work in and did a fabulous job.

The plumber was good, professional and arrived on time. Needed wax seals for 2 toilets changed. The pricing I thought for replacing a wax seal was high (406/ seal). Had I not been not so time constrained would have done it myself or would have shopped around. No complaints on the workmanship though. They were very prompt in setting up the appointment and able to work with my availability.

My toilet was repaired very quickly. The plumber (Gary I believe) explained everything in detail and was very friendly.

Strong was very responsive to my project. The tech made suggestions that were very helpful to me to make decisions. The price was right and the work was done in a timely and professional way.

On-time. Kept in touch and updated with availability of plumber to do the work. Plumber was decent, competent and willing to take the extra step to add the most value to the job; this would include going out and getting the best parts (and starting a little later) as opposed to cutting corners and using less ideal parts that happened to be more readily available. This job resolved a chronic problem that I don't expect to reoccur.
