Way over charge for the job.

First I was told the pipe needed to be all brass, but when I returned to see the completed project, found that they used a $5.00 pvc pipe and coupling for $3.00 (which was exactly what I had purchased to do). Charged $187.00 for approximately 6 minutes of work and repair guy smelled so strongly of cigarettes I almost threw up.

Although they called me right away, I was very disappointed when they pressured me into using them. They charged a diagnostic fee on top of a bid that was higher than their competitors. The work was normal quality, but not worth the experience.

The total time from initial contact to completion was less than 2 hours. Couldn't be happier.

Stopped in person to look at the job instead of trying to get details over the phone. Came by first thing Monday morning after e-mailing Home Advisor on Sunday afternoon. Service man was very friendly, courteous, neat and tidy, and even wore booties on his shoes. He cleaned up so thoroughly when he was done, you never would have known he was there. All work completed by lunch. The most painless service work I have ever had done in my home.
