After calling a number of companies to come and fix a leaking, very old, very rusty hot water radiator that was damaging our downstairs ceiling, Stong was the one that came and spent a day, not only fixing that but upgrading the system's water delivery pipes and connections. Great work!

Stong Plumbing called me fast. They were professional and gave me an appointment the same day they returned my call. Andy came to my house and reviewed the issues I was having and gave me an estimate broken down by line items on the spot. The work was done that day and was done quickly. He was professional and kind. He explained how and why my issue was occuring. Their price was not the cheapest but they certainly are not the most expensive plumber around. You get what you paid for and I paid for quality work and professionals. I would hire them again.

Stay away from this company unless you don't care how much money you spend. They have a basic service fee of $70 to come out which is fair enough and I understand the purpose behind. However when they come they will give you a ridiculously high estimate and will try to rip you off. I called them for a broken pipe, plumber showed a little late but it was ok with me. he estimated $204 just to cut open 2x2 area of a drywall..this is not even a fix, its only a part of diagnosis. after he found the issue and quoted me another high price ($350) to replace 5ft of copper pipe with pex. Taking the advantage of situation he made the final bill to $650 and said he will give $50 discount..wow Strong plumbing- you made money once with me but you lost a customer forever.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THE OWNER CAME AND DID THE ESTIMATE AND EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB.

It was a total switch and bait... they would not come unless we paid a fee for him to come out... and then once he was here his quote was atrocious.. i had no option But to proceed but i severely reduced the scope of work. I also have additional work that i will have to get another plumber to come to fix.

I've used home advisor a few time and a pattern is appearing. After you request a job, a supplier moves quickly to come to your assistance. The first responder then feels like they can overcharge for the service. This is a formula that works against the consumer and for the supplier.
