We think they misdiagnosed the problem. So we paid a lot for replacement of pipes. That didn't fix the problem. The solution was simple and didn't need plumbing repair. His pre-work inspection should have realized this, and it would have saved $700. I'm sure this was an honest mistake, but this mistake cost us $700 too much, and he didn't offer any kind of reimbursement.

It was a little expensive, but I knew this when I called. I appreciated the discount I received from STONG. I spent $200 over my budget, but I got a new heater and hot running water before the winter hits. I am satisfy overall.

I needed to get my bathtub drain replaced as it was broken (was not an emergency). It was black plastic piping (ABS from what I was told) and replaced with standard white PVC. I never received a call back from any of the places I called, however I got call from Stong (Friday) because they saw my project through Home Advisor. I was told they could send a technician out the following morning (Saturday). I got a call on Saturday morning informing who would be coming and what time he would be there. Andy came out and gave me an estimate and how long it would take. Both sounds reasonable so I just decided to get it done right there and then. The estimate I was given was comparable to other similar jobs I've had done from other companies, but despite the fact it was still high for my taste which would have been the case for pretty much any company. This is why I rate the value lower because for the job I think it was overpriced. Andy was not pushy to get the job done after giving an estimate, was courteous, friendly and professional. I will most likely go with Stong again and have Andy take care of my needs in the future. Andy did a good job and am very pleased with the results. All in all I am satisfied with the service.
