Statewide Leak Detection

Description of Work: Tony was prompt at the time of the scheduled appointment. He produced a detailed report, citing several problem areas that accounted for the leak conditions we were confronted with. Tony only acts as a consultant, and does not do any work to repair the problems himself. We used his report to engage another contractor, He was able to correct two of of the three problems. We then contacted Tony to come back to consult again about the remaining problem. He returned and advised us further, and did not charge us anything additional. Tony indicated that he could provide references for contractors who could do the work, which we requested, since we were not entirely satisfied with our previous contractor. While he promised to e-mail me the references, he has not done so even though I called him for a follow-up reminder.
