STANLEY COSGRAVE PAINTING

I contacted this company as a result a Living Social painting "deal" that I received via e-mail. It was difficult to reach the company because its website did not easily display the phone number or location and I was not sure that I was in its service area. I eventually made contact and Stanley Cosgrave came to my house for an estimate to paint my bathroom -- where I plan to have the wet area reglazed and the other fixtures and flooring replaced -- and other rooms. While he was here, he said that he could do all of the other work in the bathroom (except for reglazing). A week later, I received an e-mail from Stanley with a rough estimate that was, by far, much lower than I had received from several other companies. As Stanley left my house, he handed me a card that I later noticed said "Cosgrave Global Painting & Carpentry." Because his price was so low and I was now aware that he was able to handle many more projects throughout my house, I compiled an extensive list and e-mailed him for pricing and also for referrals (because he was not rated on Angie's List). I have e-mailed him, 3 times, over 7 days (with the last e-mail being over a week ago) and left a VoiceMail message, 4-1/2 days ago -- all with no response. I have composed a letter that I plan to fax and mail to him, tomorrow. I am perplexed as to why I have received no further contact from him, especially since I was ready to hire him for multiple projects that would be very lucrative for him.
