About us

In 1989 Jack Corper founded SpringHouse Window & Door on the premise that there was a better way to sell, install, and service home improvements and in particular windows and doors. Jack selected SpringHouse as the first location to start his dream. His gut feeling about the area paid off with many years of success and increasing sales. In 1997, with a rapidly growing business, Jack met Rich Owens a customer with experience in the window industry. They formed a partnership that turned in to an even more successful foundation for a bigger and better SpringHouse Window & Door. After several years of successful growth, additional installers and key inside staff were obtained in preparation for the expansion of SpringHouse Window & Door.

Walt was friendly in the store and came to our home quickly to look over what we needed. However, after two messages from us to follow up on the visit and get a quote, we never received a quote or a return phone call.
Description of Work: He came to give us a quote for a new storm door and repair of other doors.

The doors and the satellites were nice, about a year after it was installed the mahogany cracked. I called one of Springhouse Window & Door's owners, Walt Jones and informed him. He came out to look at it, he would have it repaired, didn't hear from him again, called him again, didn't hear form him again, called him again said he'll take care of it and it's been so long I don't know how many times I called him but each time it's "yes, yes, I'll take care of it" until we gave up. It was never taken care of.
Description of Work: They replaced the garage door, the trim around the garage door and they did a custom mahogany entrance door with satellites.
