Description of Work: Work done included a leak in the wall behind a shower, replacement of fixtures in 2 showers, repair of a rusted flange that was causing toilet to leak, replacement of 2 toilets, and removal and replacement of old lead pipes leading from main bathroom to main stack. I had Mr. Mullin come assess my situation and tell me what items I needed and where to purchase them for the best price, then he returned to make the repairs and installations. (I just cut off the water to the leak until we could arrange for him to return to do the work - nothing was an emergency.) He happened to have a fixture in his truck someone gave him that was exactly what I was looking for to replace the leaking fixture in second shower. Usually, he doesn't work on fixtures of that brand because they are not good quality, but it fit what I already had installed, and he just gave the fixture to me and charged only for his time. In all, he came twice and put in about 9-10 hours of work. I'm very happy with the work done.

Description of Work: Replaced laundry basin and corresponding plumbing, installed washer shut-off valve, installed interior shut-off valves for exterior fawcets, reroute baseboard heating pipes in basement.
