I spent about 40 mins of wssted time plus the lady over the phone exokaining the work i neeed to get she was sakes person giving me a quote. With out any understanding of my porject . Then i spent another 20 mins with a contractor from deleware who spoke spanish and he clesrly did not undrrstand my projects and he needed me to take photo of closet like building closet from closet from design . Hr now needed me to take a photo and gave up . I equaly spent my time waiting for another contactor who wad very pofessionsal . He. Brought a booket with his name on it and buiness . I mean i didnot worry sbout the identification part as he said he was the owner and because i have non working computer he was willing to send the quote via us mail . With the rising cost of gas and increase postsge i think i need to hire sonrone local . Thank you very much

Christian, the technician was professional, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and explained each procedure, answering all of my questions. He cleaned up as he worked, and left the rooms where he worked in excellent condition. When I had a question, my calls were answered promptly by office workers or Gary, the owner. I felt heard and accommodations were made to my satisfaction.

Everything went great. Mr. Handyman was responsive to my request, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and thoroughly answered my questions. Sam was the individual who did the work. He conducted himself in a professional pleasant manner, did a fantastic job, and I'm continuing to request his service for other projects. Although thru no fault of his...that $178.00 upfront fee they charge for the first hour is hard to swallow every time I need work done.

Excellent, 24 phone center got back to me immediately scheduled work when fix my schedule. Mario was on time and very knowledgeable and friendly. knocked out all five jobs in one day and did excellent work getting my house sale ready.

I have used Mr Handyman of the Western Main Line twice now and have a third appointment scheduled! I come from Chicago and my daughter lives in Malvern, PA and I do not have contacts there...but we have an endless list of tasks to be done. I found Mr Handyman and the rest is history. I HIGHLY recommend their services. Their hourly rates are not the cheapest, but they have been worth every penny! Their servicemen are professionals who are respectful, timely, and skilled at what they do...and that's what we need.

The service went very well. The whole process went smoothly from scheduling to finishing the project. Our handyman Brian was great. Would definitely use again for any of the services they offer.

Extremely well, and the work was completed in less time than forecast. I appreciated the extra effort to avoid another return visit. I will contact them again for other projects.

Ron Bishop came out to do our work. We had a potting bench that was is disrepair and a shutter that had blown down from a second story window. Ron got right to work and did an incredible job on the bench repair. He did a job in hours that would have taken me weeks and multiple trips to the store. He also made quick work of remounting the shutter. Ron was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and a joy to deal with. Also, Mr Handyman’s office did well with scheduling and communication. Nice work and highly recommended.

Three hours to rehang wire shelving in my master bedroom closet. The original shelving was hung on unreinforced drywall. The technician found studs to reinforce that shelving. He was professional and efficient.

Very Well. Nate did an excellent job. Punctual & Reasonably priced. Very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up and removing old attic stairs from home. Would highly recommend.

Great company! Scheduling was easy. Ron B. showed up on time and was very nice and extremely thorough. He made sure to explain everything he did as we had five small projects inside and outside the house. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and we will use them again, specifically asking for Ron.

Arrived on time, quickly arrived at the solution. Seamlessly melded the new shingles in with the old shingles.

.From the moment I called until the job was done by Anthony Lauer, it was professional. I emailed a service request, received a call within an hour, was told I would have a service person out within the week and the approximate cost. Anthony did a great job. It actually took less time than expected and he applied two coats of paint to the powder room. He also hung an antique mirror along with the new towel rack and toilet paper holder. He cleaned up after everything was done and I can actually close the cabinet door properly for the first time in two years. We were going to replace the outside light but I purchased the wrong size. He removed the lights, bought bronze spray paint and painted the old lights which look like new. They would have had to be special ordered but that saved me a lot of money. I will definitely use them again and am making a list now as to what I want done next.

Shannon from Mr. Handyman was very helpful in scheduling an appointment; she called the morning of my appointment to see if an employee could come earlier than planned (another client's appointment had been postponed because the snow). Dale arrived promptly; he was friendly and polite and after we reviewed the work to be done, he began. Dale was efficient and the work was done well. Mr. Handyman's pricing *seems* a bit high, but I don't have the best idea of what work like this costs in general, and this area can be pricey. For the convenience /ease of scheduling and well done work, I am happy I went with this company and would work with them again.

Had to call day of appointment as nobody showed up. Tech stated their system was down and he couldn't retrieve the job for the day. Tech did show up later in the day and completed work but toilets still ended up running after flushing. Had to hire another person to correct after the fact.

Garage floor and misc punch list was done by Dale - did great work. It all broke down when Derrick took over for shelving in closets and other work. 1 1/2 day project is still not completed, going on week 3. I have pulled the plug. Derrick suggested the design - I agreed to it - turns out it's all custom and he didn't have the parts - after the first 7+ day wait, was schedule to come on Saturday to finish - called me Saturday morning to say that he still needed more parts. I then asked him to change tactics and just put in plain shelves. I expected him that day. Called to confirm. He never showed up and never called back. I called the owner Monday morning and got no response. Then sent e-mail terminating the services. Received a response 4 1/2 hours later.

It didn't take Dale long to replace. He did an excellent job.

I had used this company before for a kitchen counter installation. I was satisfied with the work and price. This time even though the technician know I wanted an electrical outlet put in, he came without any of the necessary parts. So, I paid for him to go to Home Depot to get the materials. This took an hour. I could have gone and gotten the materials myself had I known he wouldn't have what he needed. When you make the appointment, you are told you will have to pay for the time it takes the technician to get what he needs. But, I just assumed since he knew what I wanted done, that he would come with the parts.

Dale arrived right on time, and completed both jobs very, very competently. I have used this company mutiple times for these kinds of small projects, and have never been disappointed. I could not be more pleased with their efficient workmen.

The Handyman showed up on time, and did the work quickly and professionally. It is hard to see where he did the patches, they blend in so well.

Nate came on time. He was great to work with. Very willing to listen and gave good advice and I ask a LOT of questions. He did a quality, thorough job and did it very efficiently. Once I saw how quickly and well he was working, I kept trying to think up more things for him to do. "While you're here..." being the operative phrase. At first, I thought I needed to call a plumber, a drywall guy, an electrician and a carpenter. But I was wrong. I just needed to call "Mr. Handyman of Western Main Line"!

The technician Nate was most helpful and resolving issues with tracks for doors.It was a complete success and the area looks great. Very professional operation and stated all terms up front.I will use again and will recommend to others in the area. Never have to worry who I have to call for jobs around the house again.Thanks Mr.Handyman glad you are on the Mainline!

I was happy with the process and the work. My technician, Nate was prompt. He took measurements and went to Home Depot. He discovered that my size would have to be ordered. I paid for an hour of his time. I did call after two weeks to check on the progress. It turns out the parts had come in but Mr. Handyman was not notified. The next day, Nate came and installed the new new gable vents. It took an hour and a half to install the three of them. They look great. I was happy and would use Mr Handyman again. I felt the price was fair for the quality work done. It included all parts, labor and time.
