I bought an Angie's List deal. The deal was $199 for a painter for 8 hours or 2 painters for 4 hours. I called right away to make an appointment. We played phone tag for several days but once we connected, Max was able to come out quickly to discuss what I needed done.Once here, we discussed the job. Although the $199 didn't cover the whole job, I was satisfied that the extra cost was fair. We were able to settle quickly on a date for the job to be done. On paint day, Max and his crew (2 others) arrived early at my home and got right to work. Everything went very smoothly and the job was finished on time and within the price quoted. I would definitely use Max Barajas Painting again.

Mr. Barajas always returned phone calls and emails promptly. The date of the work was accurate so I could plan my work schedule around it - no delays or rescheduling. He arrived on time with two crewmembers. He discussed the job to be done. The workers were clean and the painting quality was excellent.

I responded to an Angies List special for $199 for one room painting. After a phone conversation Mr. Barajas and I set up a date of may 17th at 7:30 am which was 2 weeks away. I arranged to be home for that date taking time off work to be at the house. The Tuesday before mr. Barajas confirmed via email that he would see me on the 17th. When I confirmed and asked if he do the trim as well as wall he then told me he was just coming to look at the job and asked for a date the following week to do the work. Once that was confirmed, he said he'd see me at 7:30am. My understanding was he was still coming to view the work on the 17th, then the work would be done on the 24th. So I get up early the 17th,waiting for mr. Barajas, only to have him not show up. I emailed and called at 8am. At 8:30 he returned the call, as i was on the line with Angies list, and said he'd be at my house the 24th. By this time I was fed up, told him I wanted to shelf the whole thing. He agreed. Fortunately for me, the Angie's List rep said I could indeed get my$199 back. Bottom line: if you're going to have dealings with Mr. Barajas, make sure you thoroughly nail down the details, or you too may have to miss work for nothing!

Max was very good and responsive, including responding on weekends. He was also quick in getting the service scheduled within 2 days of my submitting the request. Max was also professional enough to email me to let me know the crew was leaving and should be there. The team did a good job and also cleaned up after themselves. Max also went above and beyond by painting my trim with paint that i ran out of. He used some of the paint from his own stock and did not charge me for it. I would definitely recommend Max to anyone looking to getting their home painted.

They arrived promptly to begin. When he was delayed on day two for an emergency, he called and e-mailed to say when he would be in. Otherwise, he was on time, and they cleaned up nicely at the end of each of the three days they worked. All the work on time, in spite of the delay. The walls look great. The crew was very personable. I was very pleased with the results.

Excellent, would definitely recommend. Very responsive and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to perfection. Couldn't be happier.

They were professional, timely and extremely accommodating. Max even helped recommend colors and even obtained samples to help me choose the new look. My living room looks like a whole new room and the painting is meticulous. They were completed in 2 days and it was so easy with little disruption to my family.
