the dry wall is crooked. I choose the bath tub and shower stall and when they went to pick it up they got the wrong one all together and installed it without checking with me first. I then needed to put tile above the stall. Due to the crooked wall I then had to straighten it out myself to try to get this to work. They also installed 2 doors for me and neither door were working properly. Their electrician did not know what he was doing as well as their plumber did not do the work up to code.

I called M & K Renovations on a Thursday afternoon needing two stair hand rails installed in a home for a patient coming home from rehab. I spoke with one of the owners of the company explaining how quick I needed these two handrails installed in order for the patient to come home. The owner spoke with his partner, and they set the job up for the next day to get done. The following morning, the two owners of the company personally came to my home to do the job. They had all the supplies needed to do the job, and were finished under one hour. There was very little mess, which just took a quick vacuum to clean up, in which they performed. They also offered that once the patient if finished using the two additional handrails, they would come back to take them down, patch the holes, and paint if it needed to be done. Both of the owners were very professional, and got the job done in a timely fashion. I couldn't have asked for two nicer gentlemen to complete the job. The price was very affordable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work to be performed. There are the perfect company, pricing if right on target, and even senior citizens can afford them.

A nice gentlemen came out from the company, and I showed him exactly what kind of work that I wanted to have repaired. The man was very cordial, explaining the process and how the repair would take place. He asked when I would like to have the work done, so I said "How about tomorrow". He said we can make that happen tomorrow at 10:00 A.M., and gave me the name of the employee who would be doing the work in my family room. The following day, the employee name that I was given from the man who gave the estimate of the company, showed up at my home a few minutes prior to 10:00 A.M. He introduced himself, showed me his business card, and I even asked to see his license just to verify that he was exactly the person that was suppose to be here. His credentials matched, and he came into my home; preceding to get the job started. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time on the same day. The employee cleaned up the mess from the job when he was done, and a very professional. ;-}
