+ 0 moreI GOT THE SET AND HAD TO GET THE FEW THINGS FIXED ON MY OWN. AS FAR AS THE GLASS FOR THE CHINA CABINET, THAT WAS ON ME. I HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE GLASS BECAUSE WHAT CAME WITH IT WAS MADE OVERSEAS AND COULD NOT BE MATCHED HERE. THIS SET WOUND UP COSTING ME A LOT MORE THAN I COULD AFFORD BUT I HAD NO CHOICE.
Description of Work: I ORDERED FORMAL DINING ROOM FURNITURE FROM KAPLAN WHICH HE SAID WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET. AFTER A DEPOSIT OF HALF THE TOTAL COST, HE TOLD ME 6-8 WEEKS. IT TURNED OUT TO BE 6 MORE WEEKS PAST THAT. THE WHOLE TIME HE LIED TO ME AND SAID "DON'T WORRY" ITS COMING. I CALLED WEEKLY AFTER THE INITIAL DELIVERY TIME I WAS TOLD, AND HE KEPT SAYING NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK, YOU WORRY TOO MUCH. HE OFFERED ME MY MONEY BACK AT ONE POINT AND WHEN I SAID OK, HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE SET IT WAS MISSING SOME GLASS FOR THE CHINA CABINET. HE TOLD ME IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THAT WAY. IT CAME WITH 6 PIECES OF GLASS NOT THE 9 IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. HE REFUSED TO STAND GOOD FOR THIS TOO. I WILL NOT BUY FROM HIM AGAIN. HE IS A LIAR AND VERY GOOD AT IT. HIS STAFF IS DISRESPECTFUL TOO. I HOPE WHOEVER CONSIDERS THIS STORE DOES THEIR RESEARCH FIRST. I THOUGHT I DID BUT A LIAR IS A LIAR.
