Professional! Reliable service. Leaf's staff was very helpful in guiding me on solid hardwood to match an existing floor and on selecting durable, up-to-date carpeting. Installation of natural oak flooring on 45 degree angle was stunning! A large amount of carpeting over several floors was beautifully & skillfully installed. Their decades of experience and skilled installers were the added value I wanted. I wouldn't go any place else and it's my 4th time with them.

I've used Leaf for 3 different projects: New vinyl kitchen floor, new hardwood floor in home office, and new ceramic tile in bathroom. Each project was installed by true professionals who showed true devotion to doing the job right the first time. It's like a new home now. Plus, the wide choices of floor coverings at Leaf will satisfy anybody. My kitchen floor looks like antique hardwood (visitors are amazed it's not). My home office flooring perfectly matches the 20 year old hardwood, and the new-fangled ceramic in the bathroom looks like a home improvement magazine. We actually wrote to Gary today about putting hardwood into our living room and dining room. You may pay a little more, but it's well worth it. And I'm a cheapie!

We purchased replacement carpet with installation from a local big box store. Two years later, wrinkles appeared in the traffic areas. When we approached the big box store for carpet stretching services, they declined - not in their scope of services. The did suggest an internet search; hence, Angies List was consulted. Leaf Floor Covering appeared with excellent recommendations. Mr. Leaf phoned back and said his son and a helper would be here the next day. Eric and crew turned up exactly when they said they would and went right to work. Less than an hour later - even with moving a piano out the way and back - they were finished: no mess, no dirt, and all the furniture replaced exactly where they found it. Eric and crew were efficient, respectful, clean and pleasant. We are very pleased with the service!!

Buying carpet at Leaf was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I went to the showroom and told the sales associate what I was looking for. The samples were not in stock, but they were mailed to me in a week. It was about 6 months before I called them to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Then the carpet was ordered. It came in earlier than I expected. The installers were punctual and professional and did a great job!

Went to the showroom and met with their staff and selected the carpet. Their installers arrived right on time, moved all necessary furniture and installed carpet - including in the 3 walking closets in the master suite. The job was very professional and the carpet has done well over the ensuing 3 years.

An AMAZINGLY GREAT experience! From the initial phone call to the sales rep to the estimator to the extraordinarily professional installation, Leaf was a dream come true. I had (foolishly) tried Bob Wagner's, who played us like a bad fiddle. Phone calls not returned, estimator that was unprofessional, etc. So I drove east on US30 to Leaf Floor Covering, and I was in a new world where employees cared about us. The installation was done today. Reflooring a kitchen can be a pain - our refrigerator and range both had to be moved. And one cabinet needed to be detached from the wall. The installers did it all without a complaint and did it quickly. They took the time to prepare the surface, eliminate pre-existing squeaks, properly apply adhesive, and fit the new-age vinyl. Today, we have a hardwood floor in our kitchen that looks amazing. Oops - it's vinyl that looks exactly like hardwood (Mannington brand)! I never knew such products existed, and I think my $800 investment will pay off in terms of happiness with our kitchen and if we ever sell (doubtful - we've been here 20 years). Thanks, Leaf!

Gerry Leaf came as scheduled and he measured the master bedroom and the two closets. Gerry gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. I put down a deposit for the materials to be ordered. It didn't take long for the woods to arrive and for Gerry to schedule the work. The contractor's name is Randy and he worked all day Saturday and Sunday to complete the work. The floors look beautiful and seamlessly flow from my living room which also has hardwood flooring into my master bedroom and the two closets. Randy completed the work by himself. Randy was professional and courteous. After the work has completed Randy took time to explain how to best maintain the hardwood floors. I will certainly call upon Leaf Flooring again.

I interviewed several people to install hardwood floors in my home. I decided to go with Leaf for a few reasons. They had a great selection in their showroom, they received good reviews on Angie's list and one of the owners of the company was involved in the process from start to finish. All of the staff, (the salespeople in the showroom, the guys who dropped the flooring off to my house prior to install and the guys who installed the floor) were very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleased that on the first day of installation, the owner stopped by to make sure the project got started properly. I am thrilled with the end result and would recommend Leaf!

Originally hired Leaf for two small tile floor installs due to water damage to hardwood entryway and laundry room. Was very happy with their work and assistance throughout and decided to bring them back to provide estimates for two separate bathroom remodels that included new porcelain tile with custom design in tubs and showers, as well as new tile flooring. This included a tub surround and separate stand up shower in one bath, and a tub/shower combo surround in the other. Two of the three included tiling both wall surrounds and ceilings. Worked with Gerry for estimates, Amy for design and tile selection, and Jeff performed all the installation work. All three provided excellent service and follow-up across all jobs throughout the entire relationship. I compared their pricing to two other estimates on the original flooring jobs, and they were competitive with both. Jeff did excellent work on the installations and was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Leaf Floor Covering.

We initially met with Ed Leaf who came out to measure and assess the space. He is very personable and professional. We got the impression that he takes pride in his work and his team. Upon selecting carpet samples from Leaf's Malvern showroom, I was provided with ample assistance as needed, but not hounded to buy something. I felt at ease in the showroom and was given lots of valuable information as I considered our carpet choices. On installation day, the 2 installers showed up on time and got right to work. They were professional and completed the job satisfactorily in the time estimated. Our new carpet looks great and I would recommend Leaf Flooring. By the way, Ed Leaf knows more about Malvern/Paoli history than anyone I've met!

I could not open the front door without pulling hard. The paddding should have been adjusted for this. Also, my original bill was $3,386. I paid $170 at purchase. When completed I was charged another $1700, when finished. I asked several times ffor a detailed per foot cost and just always received my 2 payments on a bill type paper. I
