Description of Work: When the man came out to check the equipment and tank he took my credit card , "to check your credit." After signing I requested that a service call be made to clean the oil burner. I was stunned to find that I was charged immediately though the cleaning was not done for roughly three months. Furthermore when they made an oil delivery it was immediately charged to my credit card. The back of their delivery sheet states that a statement will be sent and due within 30 days. I found their people pleasant but their business practices disgusting.

Description of Work: After 30+ years with one oil supplier we definitely need to change because they were taking advantage in pricing and service. Contacted Haly. They were very receptive and competitive. Ended up going with another company because they were both equally professional and competitive. Would definitely recommend contacting them if you're in the market.
